Terrible customer service, they have no clue what they're doing
I preordered a hoodie and poster back in July and the hoodie was never dispatched, the poster was dispatched almost instantly but has never arrived. I chased up my order at the end of August and had NO RESPONSE. So I wrote them another message on September 6th and got a response the next day saying: "Hi, we are waiting for some more hoodies to come in and then we can ship them out."
I messaged them 4 days ago to chase this up and only just got a response, they have no clue WHEN to expect more hoodies and are only offering me a refund on the hoodie. How can you not have stock of an item that I preordered? An absolute joke. I would recommend avoiding this company as both a consumer and someone who's trying to sell their own merch.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Can't say anything about the quality of the products or packaging since I've never received them. :)
