My experience with MercierUK been great, after read the reviews of negativity, like waiting to get my refund or package from other customers didn't deter me to make my order. I been informed from the beginning of my order until it come to my door. I already knew Mercier from France I had a advantage to know the products but was my first order in the UK. The quality of the products are extremely great and the communication was on point. Everything went smooth and I was really amazed.

July 2 Nd I contacted you about the disgusting customer service of Mercier it's now the end of August and I still have to fight battle with this ineffective service ,they lie ,and say they get back to you in two days ,they don't , they say about their policies but manipulate their policies to suit themselves not provide efficient customer service

Hello I ordered a t shirt with a loose fit and I emailed the customer service to return it but never got the email back. It is a very bad customer service and the quality of the product is poor as well.

I ordered 2 crew neck jumpers for my kids on sale, I thought i ordered the crew neck jumpers however on arrival it was apparent I made a slight error and ordered joggers. I returned the joggers and then tried to order the crew neck jumpers but they seem to have been discontinued on the website

Mercier have given me a voucher for the returned items however after trying to contact them and explain to them the voucher is not suitable and I am unable to afford other items on the website. I have kindly asked to get a refund,mercier have ignored my email and not replying or willing to support me.

Now I am 48 pounds down plus the cost of return

I have a voucher which Is useless and I can't use because everything is beyond my financial reach and mercier are repeatedly ignoring my emails.

I will never be ordering another mercier product ever.

Good quality clothing but not much stretch in the fabric. Large top was too small. Next size up wasn’t much bigger. Joggers were about 4 inches too long, and I’m average height. Not worth returning when you have to pay return postage and they don’t offer refunds.

The delivery is good fast

Ordered twice both times had damaged goods , which paid for shipping and delivery back both times . No sorry no voucher no offer of deliver payment, not very good really when not my fault this happened

What can I say …. You ever wish you could find a company that sells great products, fantastic customer service and speedy shipping ????…. Well you’ve found it. My son (very fussy) doesn’t like other brands but fell in love with this company. Purchase for my nephew all the time and now my daughter is in on it. I just love it. Keep doin your thing Mercier xx

Very bad company ordered 2 coats 70 pound to small for size won’t refund only on the store we’re I don’t want to buy off the store so I am forced too buy something to get the money bk I have gave them sure this should not be right do not buy off this company

I ordered t-shirts for my son. Two were faulty (packages not damaged), one had 4 holes, the other had a material defect. I contacted customer service but unfortunately I did not get any help, they said that it was not their product. I paid for the t-shirts + delivery, now I have to pay for the return even though I want to return them because they are damaged. Rubbish company. Avoid avoid avoid .even no one star

I made zoom for show you whot is wrong and used Flash that whay colors was different

All the quality of the clothes and their accessories are very good, I am in love with their clothes.

I have just recently developed a love affair with this brand. I have ordered online and bought from a local sportswear shop. I have had no issues with the garments. The delivery when purchased online speedy. I'm quite a bit older than the intended audience so I do recommend seeing the clothes in hand so you know what you're getting into. The OG is perfect for my taste and ventured into the tour series. Quality is there and follow the wash instructions. Prices are affordable and there is always a sale rail in foot asylum mk making the garments even more affordable. I really recommend, but if you got gen Z kids, they gonna be jealous if you buying for yourself. Defo worth checking

Would give zero stars if I could. This company are scammers. Do not purchase from Lucille Mercier or Lucille Dupont as they seemed to have switched their name to. I order after seeing a glossy ad on Instagram but never received my purchase at all & have had no progress on getting any refund. SCAM. AVOID.

Grandson bought a pair of joggers, one wash and they went all bobbly, stitching came loose, not the best quality for the price..

Appalling customer service. I was sent a faulty pair of shorts (the pocket wasn't sewn up). I was told they would come and pick up the faulty pair and send me a new pair. No one came to collect them even though I waited in all day.
As my son needed the shorts for his holiday I suggested to Mercier that I get them mended myself if Mercier could compensate me. They offered me just over £5. I refused this extremely mean offer and asked that they come and pick up the faulty shorts and send me a replacement pair. They refused saying they had already refunded me this money - an amount I NEVER agreed to.
This whole experience has now meant I am out of pocket as it has cost me over double this to get the shorts fixed.
Appalling service - will NEVER use again.
