Poor Customer Service - ignorant and arrogant
I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from Merck after submitting a complaint about a faulty vial of frozen cells received on 23 Oct. Despite submitting my complaint on their contact page mid November, I never received a response or acknowledgement of my issue. The cells were bad (didn't settle, all documented), causing significant delays and inconvenience to our project.
I would have expected an apology and a prompt and professional response from a company of Merck's reputation. Unfortunately, nothing of that. I would not recommend Merck based on my experience with their customer service.
