The hiring process involved multiple layers (internal marketplace, third-party assessment platform), with no clear ownership of issues.
After reporting a technical problem during the assessment, I was redirected to external support and the request was closed without resolution.
This created unnecessary friction and reflects a lack of accountability. Candidates should not be expected to coordinate between systems to complete basic steps in a hiring process.
Overall, the experience felt fragmented and not candidate-focused.
A small group of incompetents trying—and failing—to imitate the major AI training players. The entire operation feels amateurish, disorganized, and ultimately ineffective. On top of that, there are clearly discriminatory hourly rates based on workers’ country of origin, which is both unethical and deeply unprofessional.
The internal culture is even worse. Nepotism is rampant: unless you’re part of the inner circle, there is no real path for growth or advancement. Performance and merit seem irrelevant compared to how well you can ingratiate yourself with operations managers. Career progression appears to depend far more on favoritism than on actual skills or results.
What makes the situation even more troubling is the broader context in which this company operates, as it seems to lack the ethical standards and accountability expected within the European market. Given these issues, it is difficult to justify allowing such an organization to continue operating or extracting data from within the European Union.
they are really invisable, why would they make 100+ of fake projects outside. When you login and continue filling the rest of info there is no one of these jobs
They will make you spend your time on interviews and assessments,I have passed all of them, they went over hiring details, requirements and pay rate, but at the end they stated that the project got "paused" and thank me for trying and to keep my "eyes open" for possibles openings in a near future..... after spending a lot of my time. Are you serious????
Do not apply with them since it will still be a waste of time. They do not respect your time, your professionalism, effort or your results.
I feel really disappointed because at the end, everything about this company feels like a lie.
