Aweful aweful aweful company. I have had so many problems since starting with them the latest being not having access to my payslips 3 weeks into starting with them and being down a large amount of money with no explanation why. They literally have one job which is to pay me, the company I work for sorts everything else out and they cant even manage that.
I have escalated problems with them previously and got put in contact with the branch manager for 'better communication' who was cocky to me on the phone and never bothers replying to my emails.
The next step will be going to my employee to get this company removed from there books so no one else has to go through this.

I did working for a month with Meridian business they office in Yeovil Somerset.
I applied for a job Friday and I got phone call from the office Monday. Later on Monday afternoon I signed the paper work and have induction plus test etc. Next day ( Tuesday) I start to work. They are paid me in time ,text me Thursday or Friday for next week available shifts. I am very greatfull and happy. I don't have any problems at all. So I can recommend. Thank you again.

The first priority of any employer should be paying their employees. This is not a priority of this business. They break the law with their business practises, e.g. length of time returning pay to employees. They fail to keep their employees informed, and don’t inform you that your contract is finishing until the day it finishes. The management is a joke, don’t even bother trying the phones for the doncaster branch they won’t answer. They will have you filling out forms regarding your tax code yet you still have to ring up and sort it out yourself. Their response to asking for help with this is “i don’t have time for this it is not important”. Luckily I knew how to solve this but there was a few younger people who had never done this before. Just don’t rely on them. Bad company

My experience of Meridian, Derby, has been fantastic over a continous 6 year period. The staff have always found me relevant and enjoyable jobs on both a temporary and permanent basis. I always ABSOLUTELY recommend the skills of Katie, Davina and Karen in finding the right job at the best rate of pay in a convenient location. Very poor company, their accounts department keep getting bills wrong and always in their favour. The main contact was a pest / nuisance and just would not stop phoning and emailing.
WE WILL NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY OF USE AGAIN.

Craftsman was sent to a labourers job,?
Still waiting on week in hand pay had plenty of excuses so far my contact will not give phone number for payroll? It seems they like hiding behind emails and dont like phone calls......
