3 weeks and yet not product, very very poor service
extremely poor company to work with, they have no idea what is happening as it took 3 weeks or failed delivery promises to then be told they have no stock of the product to begin with. What a waste of time - just hope I get my money back.

Good price / Convenient payment options / Fast delivery
My purchase involved a laptop. I've done much price comparison for the identical model needed as well as similar configurations and found that Merlin had the best price. Thus, it was my main decision for purchasing with them.
I was concerned about reliability as never have bought anything from them before, but was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to order as well as very quick delivery.
Several payment options exist, but the most important to me (due to security concerns) was the Danske Bank net-payment ability. All that is required is to login to a bank account and authorize the order. Quick, easy, and secure.
Item was delivered within two business days as advertised. This was very surprising as I've never had a vendor meet the advertised delivery date to the day. During the ordering process several emails were received to notify of order acceptance, confirmation, and shipment. This was reassuring that the order was being processed without any problems.
The laptop delivered was exactly what was ordered in original manufacturer's enclosure/box together with the unbroken seals. I am a very satisfied with this vendor and plan to use them again for other electronic purchases.

Not impressed by the customer service what so ever.
Bought a new camera and it does not work and now when you should be replacing it you are sending it for repair.
The item is less than one months old and you should replace it.

We, like any other shop, are not obligated to replace an item when it is defective. We have at least one try to repair it. It does not matter how old the item is, however, if it was sent back within 14 days of purchase you could have used your right to return for money back.

Great product, fast delivery
I've bought a Lenovo Thinkpad Edge and I am very pleased of the product. The delivery was very fast. I was a bit worried about the packing because the laptop came in the Lenovo box, without any other protection. I would recommend packing the products one more time because only one box is not very reliable. Luckily PostDanmark has great delivery services :)

Won't ever use again
I have ordered so-dimm ram from Merlin, and waited two weeks to have it delivered.
Not only I waited way too long, but also the package stated "ProShop" instead of "Merlin".
What's the reason using Merlin than?
