Love the quick service and attention to detailed customer service. I'm always hesitant about ordering from unknown entities but I'm very happy I took the chance. The woven basket "handbag, carryall" is just what I've been looking for. The fragrance sticks have a lovely fragrance however they quickly fade unlike others I have tried.

What happened to customer service?
The quality of Mer-Sea is excellent. The customer service is not. I contacted the company more than once about my order being late over two weeks. No one ever responded. I was very disappointed. I love my pieces, but will think hard before I purchase from them again.
