Good, cheap and recommendable.

Ordered a nice knife at "Mesenzo", which unfortunately turned out to have a defect upon receipt.
Received a new copy immediately without any problems.
Beautiful items, many with the lowest price.
Without the use of superlatives: "it is as it should be, worth repeating and recommended to everyone".

Een mooi mes bij "Mesenzo" besteld, wat helaas bij ontvangst een defect bleek te hebben.
Hierna zonder problemen direct een nieuw exemplaar ontvangen.
Mooie artikelen waarvan veel met de laagste prijs.
Zonder het gebruik van superlatieven: "het is zoals het hoort, voor herhaling vatbaar en voor iedereen aan te bevelen".

5-star customer care!

I ordered a product on MesEnZo and it was shipped to Italy very swiftly. Unfortunately, when the product arrived I found out it was the incorrect one.

I contacted the website and received a response within literally 9 minutes. They offered to immediately ship the correct item and, after a bit of evaluation, decided to let me keep the incorrect one for free, as a bonus for the extra wait. This even after I offered to pay for the incorrect item as well, since it was to my liking.

I can only spend good words for such an amazing customer care. Will definitely buy again! Super recommended!
