Where to begin?

I attended a recent session but was very disappointed. It was poorly organised beforehand which then reflected onto the session being poorly run.
The staff wanted payment before they would then choose what time you could attend which is a bizarre way to run it.
Before attending a session, you're to inform the staff of allergies but then they tell you that it's your responsibility to keep your child away from what they are allergic to - and in a tiny room, where it's hard to be right next to your child because of the lack of space, it's rather difficult.
The room was at the top of some stairs, very cramped and too many people in one tiny room. The messy play things were in small trays, not tuff trays like you'd expect, and if I'm honest, it wasn't that exciting either.
Apparently mb offer an area for a photo opportunity but that was just crammed in the corner of the room and not accessible because parents needed to sit there because it was either sit there or not be in the room.
Lastly, even though there is lots more to discuss, there was apparently a gdpr breach where a mum was emailed the details of a child instead of a blank form to fill out.
Overall, not going back. It was too overwhelming for me, let alone my child! Not worth £8.
