Facebook has demonetized and disabled multiple accounts of mine with no explanation, and simply the generic reason that I violated Community standards when I in fact know that I did not. On one account, I was demonetized and my payout was withheld because it said that my financial account was connected to an entity that doesn't follow Community standards. My page has never been connected to any other entities. On another account, that I have had for over 10 years, two days after receiving a message that my account was recommendable because I follow Community standards, I was disabled and my account was permanently shut down after creating a political page that simply shared news articles about politics. I believe I was falsely flagged by AI software. I have been stuck in an endless loop of getting no answers, and also stuck in an endless loop of not being able to download my account information after being told I would still be able to get copies of all my pictures and videos and important memories linked to the account. After researching online, this has happened to thousands of people. They have bugs and glitches in their system that make it impossible for you to retrieve any of your personal information that you have built into this account for years. Facebook hold your personal information and memories hostage and won't allow you to access them after promising you can. Overall I am disgusted with this platform. I have literally seen people threaten the lives of other people on social media for their beliefs, but a simple political page sharing news articles gets me permanently disabled with no warning. I truly wonder how many people they have done this to you and how much money they have kept from individuals who have earned their keep by working the Facebook Creator programs. Meta should be absolutely ashamed of the way their AI software continuously fails its users, and in turn causes them great harm both financially, emotionally, and physically.

Meta Marketing and Instagram created a curated public topic "HUB" and "FEED" on instagram tagging my trademark NEARERBEING. They are creating "video reels" under the name "nearerbeing." I want to also point out that I filed numerous trademark reports and intellectual reports directly with Instagram. I also followed up with my report emails numerous times, but yet, Meta nor Instagram has responded to this date. This occurrence started around March 9, 2026. My trademark was published on October 21, 2025 and I was the first person in Ecommerce with the domain name "nearerbeing" purchased on April 20, 2024. I also have visual art copyrights with original dates from 2005. But yet again, Meta and Instagram has not responded to any of my concerns using NEARERBEING, which is a character mark, wordmark trademark.

My wife bought a Meta Quest 2 headset for our son as a Christmas gift, and we created a child account for him on the device. Recently, his account was suddenly disabled, and we have been unable to restore access.

The notification states that we can appeal the decision before June 26, 2026, but there is no way to log in to his account to submit an appeal or even find out why the account was disabled in the first place. Because the account is disabled, every attempt to sign in fails.

We have purchased several games through this account, and all of that content is now inaccessible. I have tried every available method to regain access, but since the account has been disabled, there appears to be no way to log in or manage it.

Could you please explain why the account was disabled and provide instructions on how we can appeal the decision and recover access to the account and our purchased content?

I have just purchased the Meta Quest 3S. I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews and at first I had an email from Meta stating the order hadn’t gone through but the money had been taken out my bank account so I started to get a bit panicky, however not long after I received another email confirming the order had been processed. This was on a Friday evening. The following Monday I had another email to inform me the order had been dispatched and provided tracking information. 1 day after that I received my delivery. It is a birthday present so it hasn’t yet been tried and tested, nor have I had to speak to anyone at Meta so can’t comment on customer service. But overall, so far so good.

I don't trust Meta at all. No customer service and helping themselves to people's money. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

The worse costumer service ever, a friend of mine paid meta to find help in recovering her suspended account (which they suspended suddenly no reason nothing) she paid for them to tell her they can't do anything about it??? Stressful and super frustrating it is to her specially since she has work and bills to pay and that platform is her only way to keep going.

Wow! By looking at the reviews, I’m not alone! This is the most unbelievably poor customer service. I think I’ve ever dealt with.There is no means to communicate with anyone. Their AI chat is a joke. I am attempting to help a blind friend. Get the virtual Meta glasses and have been unsuccessful for two weeks. It is just the most frustrating deal.😡

Customer service is terrible. I have been trying to fix a problem for over a week. I even email support with my exact problem. When they call me back they say "I don't handle that" but they can get me someone that does. That someone never calls. It seems other companies are doing marketing now I will look into them.

They censor conservatives and allow "protected" minority groups get away with hate speech, threats to white people and anyone deemed conservative. Some little brat can get mad over a comment not even directed at her and accuse me of incest with my son after picking a picture of him off of my profile, but Meta found no violation of its community standards when I reported it. I can tell a black congresswoman who is demanding reparations every dang day to go smoke some more Crack and I get restricted for a month. I tried repeatedly to address these issues but you can never get a live human and their AI technology must be from the 60s because it cant even comprehend a 2 sentence statement without locking up.

Worst customer service, zero tech support, worst and greedy company ever

This platform and company must close and fail and that's it. Don't lose time as a business at all for facebook or instagram!!!!!!! No support, asset always blocked. I lost one personal profile and all business pages, profiles a long time ago, still trying to use it but I'm TIRED.

cant buy meta quest cash ,its for my grandaughters birthday and she is so dissappointed , it keeps saying try again later , this happens all the time . wonder if the founder knows this platform does not work and he is losing money hand over fist due to incompetence, its not for my safety i have a code from my bank which i put so this confirms its not fraud so angry

Let's see, I can't post a photo of a knife I want to sell without the Artificial Ignorance telling me it's against their weapons policy. Yet, every time I open my facebook feed, there's the same foreign women I keep DELETING, showing more than necessary, obviously selling their bodies on the site. Hey,Mark Suckerberg, can you set you Artificial Ignorance to stop that because I choose NOT to see it? You and crew reallyneed to get it together. They've made it harder for you to say no to the crap in the feed, by adding extra steps for you to go through. I've never been one for social media, and this company enforces my misgivings about it and those who run it.

I am here to help others business , individuals and anyone else to stay away from Meta. They are corruptive, business malpractice and falsifying information.
My Instagram account got wrongfully disabled. Not only that, they accuse you of false accusations such child sexual abuse and threated to report it without any notice, signs or claims. This is defamation at the highest level and I will pursue legal action.

I had a acc and I refunded let’s say 5 games for 34€ and then got wallet banned for refunding to many games and I didn’t know that and they had me waiting 3weeks for them because they said they can fix it just for them not to and now I’m trying to add my mates acc onto my quest and it says neither of my acc exist (cause I had to make a new one) so now I can’t get the games my mate has till Christmas so ye snd meta u a shit company and there customer service is scutter

A trillion-dollar tech company with zero competence. Their automated system is completely broken, their help links are expired, and their support is a useless loop of AI hallucinations. They treat real human users like garbage

Utter garbage of a website. No complaints of how they deal with people although I'm sure there is issues there but the lack of intuitive thought with business accounts between applications (Facebook & Instagram). The Captcha that is outdated by 10 years and forces you to guess over and over. The new business suite pages NOT working 75% of the time and failing to load. No, it's not my connection or browser. It's the same page for multiple people over and over. Massive problems for a company valued at billions. Utterly terrible.

Awful, awful, awful company. My Facebook and Instagram accounts were wrongly disabled for falsely violating their community standards, I’ve had my account many years with no previous violations, one day woke up and my accounts were gone, I appealed and they denied my appeal with no way to speak with a human. Their AI is wiping millions of accounts across the globe and no way to fix it. Disgusting company, it’s ruining peoples lives, they don’t care! Meta has been the worst experience that I’ve dealt with for a social media platform, they encourage you for years to stay connected to people only to wipe your community and memories off the face of the earth!

People should boycott and not use their platforms so that they go bust, because they deserve to by the way they treat people!
