Great products, horrible customer service.
This used to be my number 1 fitness and health related company. The products are great. The prices are doable and the customer service used to be great, but has since taken quite a hit. I recently reached out on social media. They sent me an email address and told me to email. I emailed and never heard back. I found another email and sent it one, but never heard back. I reached out on social media again only to be ignored there. I have now switched brands because of their lack of care.
