Je tenais à remercier l'entreprise métalideal et plus particulièrement la personne en charge de l'accueil téléphonique des clients qui, malgré une erreur de commande de ma part, m'a expédié dans un délai record (reçu en 48 heures) le bon matériel en parfait etat.
De plus afin de corriger mon erreur de commande cette personne a pris le temps de m'indiquer par téléphone quoi faire et ou cliquer sur leur site pour obtenir le matériel souhaité ( temps passé plus d'un quart d'heure).
Une petite information qui pourrait être utile le site de cette société fonctionne mal avec mozzilla ( temps de réponse très long et affichage quelquefois impossible)
