When I contacted Metals4U customer service on 31st December regarding my delivery that I did not receive via DX on 30th December 2025. They apologised and stared that it would be delivered on 2 January 2026. When I contacted DX by phone today as I had not received any tracking, I was told that they had not even received the items from Metals4U. Just not acceptable!
I received a 3" x 3" x 12" square steel tube which I paid $33.68. I thought I ordered 12 feet not 12 inches for some reason this wasn't clear when ordering so double check!
Why would I pay that much for 12 inches in shipping cost of $23.88 when I could of picked it up locally. WHAT RULE DID I BREAK? IF I DID QUOTE IT!
