This company are the WORST Valuation…

This company are the WORST Valuation companies i have come across.

Their marketing says they will be quick and easy to do business with.

the challenge is they are not.

We asked them to Value our property for the lender Together (incidentally Together are not using them going forward due to lots of issues with other clients)

The Valued it on the resi instead of commercial, we asked them to change this and it is a slow and painful process.

I'm on a deadline to exchange and Method do not care, they have taken my money and dont care i may lose the property.
