T-Mobile/ metro pcs take your money yes gotten so bad with service
This company will rip you off. I’m so sorry I can’t stand how they don’t wanna help you and they are supposed to be a prepaid service which you pay a month then there is a contract two separate things right? OK well Customer Service so you can’t do anything to help you they have the wrong staff on there 50% of the time they’re hanging up on you poor communication for Customer Service. I’m thinking about MetroPCS MetroPCS, the absolute worst you think that you’re getting the best deal they will still charge you even if your phone is off for two months and tell you when your bill is due on the 19th yeah it’s prepaid though and then you call them and complain and I’ll tell you there’s nothing you can do you ask for a supervisor and the supervisor is worse than a customer service representative. He absolute Voice hanging up on you and getting pissed at you and just rude. They need an entirely new company entity or whatever. I don’t know if they sold their company what’s going on but they used to be great absolutely sucks. I’m sorry I cannot and I will not. I ended them after four years of headache and overcharging me. I even went to the Hardy General on them and they lied right on the paper T-Mobile train your staff to do better and have other options for people prepaid in contracts. You need to be a better deal and then not let people get any kind of service and then force people to pay someone else’s bill because they use their name and you disconnected that without Social Security number that must be the same entity let’s go ahead and toss that bill on Person account. No, not right. Investigate get your stuff together and start being lazy. Who are you guys used to be cut you suck now thanks anyway.
