Frankfurt branch staff is rude and not properly trained in customer communication, language skills, even though ti is an airport pharmacy. Not all medicine kept properly (especially probiotics that need to be kept cold ), the staff do not provide proper information and inform customers of discounts. tax reductions, membership benefits, extra costs. they are just interested in cashing in money from 'foreign' passengers, They give the impression that they lack respect and do not treat properly the non-German speaking customers.
