I had a highly disappointing experience with Global Financial Services. After registering on their app, I was prompted to deposit money, which I did without hesitation. However, things quickly went south after I was asked to submit documentation for verification. I uploaded all the necessary documents, but one was rejected. Unfortunately, I don't have any alternative documents that would meet their criteria.

Now, I'm stuck. The customer support team is insisting that I complete the KYC process before they can refund my deposited amount. They are essentially holding my money hostage, which is incredibly frustrating.

This is a deeply concerning practice. If my documents are not approved, they should simply refund the money I deposited without delay. Holding funds hostage is not only unprofessional but also unethical. I strongly advise potential users to be cautious when dealing with this broker.

My husband and I had a wonderful and very interesting 8-hour mouintain expedition with guide João, who knew all their was to know about the places and villages we visited. Lots of humour and interesting conversations. We can highly recommend this guide and expedition.
