This website is a scam

Product ordered June 16, 2025 with priority 2-3 day shipment USPS. Package never received because package never sent. Customer service emails received from other companies -Alliance Packaging L.L.C - BigCommerceApp. They repeatedly sent me the tracking info which leads to a pre-shipping label that continually says USPS has not yet received the package from the sender. Customer service non-existant. I'm trying to stop the payment through my visa card.
