Lack of communication
I give 3 stars because there is a severe lack of communication. I had no responses to my emails and when I called (a different country) I was to told to expect an email. I have only received part of my order, still waiting for my panniers to be delivered. My initial order was months ago. Still showing as in stock on the website. All I want is a date when I can expect them.
