How do you report Minicutes.com?

Fake online shopping sites like Minicutes.com should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission via their reportfraud.ftc.gov website. When filing your complaint, select “Online Shopping” as the issue and provide as much detail as possible about the fraudulent Minicutes.com site so authorities can fully investigate.

I ordered a red velvet top in a Large, which when it arrived, as too small for me. I contacted them a couple of times about how to return it, and they asked that I keep it because returns were too hard for their systems. So I’m out $100.

Miacute company . They sell trash Clothes.Size is not fitted,quality is bad enough and customer service not work. I bought 8 clothes and no of them which I can wear.
then I request a refund and sent parcel to China. I posted all clothes which I bought from this site from Australia to China,cost my money and time,eventually no result. They played game to cheating me for 8 months. no refund. This kind of company irresponsible,take advantage from customer, cheating for money, too bad. I really need someone can help me to get my money back.

This clothing line is a scam . I returned the items I purchased due to poor quality . Spend extra for the shipping fee from USA to China . I am still waiting for my refund, its been 3 months and I never heard anyone from them. Email and messenger are the only tool to reach out and no one is responding . No contact number .

This site is a scam. I received items that don’t look like what have been shown at all. And for return they ask me return product oversea to China. The shipping fee is way too expensive.

Size is not fitted, quality is bad.customer service has no response.

I ordered an XL blazer for my wife. It took over one month to arrive (coming from California) It does not fit, way too small for an XL outfit. By reading other people reviews, I realize that it is not use to attempt to return it. So, I will assume the lost, but I will not recommend this store.

This site is a total scam. I bought 5 items from this site and what u received was nothing like what they advertised on their site. All the clothings are poorly made and the qualities are cheap. The materials they use are not the same material they use on their site. I want to return all 5 sets of clothing I bought but you have to pay for shipping and handling. I just ended up donating all 5 outfits to a thrify store.

I ordered a few items from this store and it has been 5 months that I have not received my package yet. I contact them a few times and no answer back yet. This is a scam. Do not purchase anything from this store unless you feel okay with loss those money.

I bought some clothes from here. Look picture is so nice . They took a month deliver to me . when i open look like thrush . They are all poor quality .

This company uses fear tactics when unsatisfied customers need to return items that did not fit due to the sizes being different in China. A size 4xl did not fit and we were trying to send the clothes back, but it was going to cost $70 to return it without the guarantee that they would issue a refund. They should have it where if an item needs to be returned, the company should pay for it like here in the United States. I believe that this company only cares about money and not to keep return customers. Will not order from Miacute ever again and I will warn others as well. I would not have left one star, but it would not let me put a review.

Total scam. Bad quality. No return and refund. When I request to return, they said to charge the shipping fee that they sent item to me. The have many excuses to reject your return or refund. Don’t shop there.

I just discovered this super cute shop. A good variety of Blouse and handmade dresses at good prices. The customer service was great and the dresses are adorable. Happy shopping experience ^_^I got three absolutely amazing pieces of Blouse today, and will definitely be come back for more! Highly recommend everyone visits MIACUTE.

I hesitated for a long time before placing an order in MIACUTE. It’s a birthday gift for a friend. The website is very cheap and I was worried about the quality. So I bought one first and found that the clothes I received exceeded expectations. Now I have listed miacute in one of the shops where I often buy clothes. Recently The new Christmas coat ordered at miacute has been received, and it looks great on it. I hope you can also find your favorite clothes.

I happened to buy goods on this website a few months ago. I bought a few more sweaters because there was a promotion at the time. On the whole, two of them surprised me. They fit well, the fabrics are soft and comfortable, and the others Pieces are also good.

The quality of the clothes is very good.

I accidentally clicked on this website, and at first I was worried that I would be deceived. But I like their sweaters. This season is right now. So I bought a yellow sweater and waited for 15 days. I received an order processing email halfway through. After receiving it, it was better than I expected. I think i would recommend it

The goods are shipped from China. So, customers pay for pricey INTERNATIONAL shipping to China if return/exchange is needed. Their return policy is extremely different from the most websites in the US. Because customers have ONLY five days to make a decision for return. The quality of the items I ordered was not as good as expected. So, think TWICE before placing an order.
