I had an amazing experience at MiaDonna. The staff was so friendly to me and accepting and I was nervous about this, being a member of the LGBTQ community and hearing certain horror stories about discrimination at other places. They were quick and efficient and helped me choose the perfect diamond for my fiancée. I also love what the compablny stands for and the eco-friendly aspects of the company. Would 10/10 recommend.

The folks at MiaDonna via email and phone conversations worked patiently with me to select a ruby heart stone of very specific weight, to discuss precious metal alloys and to develop a custom ring setting for the stone with their metals crafters that included details as fine as the shaping of prongs and the cross-sectional profile of the ring itself. I sometimes felt that the design suggestions I made were 'pushing the envelope', wondering if they could be done, so much so that I was hesitant to suggest some, almost bashful. That I made them at all is a testament to the open minded and encouraging way they interacted with me. The completed ring was everything I had envisioned and delivered on time at a reasonable cost in the short time available, during trying times, prior to the presentation event. Thank You!

Originally, I designed a custom ring for my fiancé. It was not her favorite and since she’ll wear it for the rest of her life, she ended up designing her own and we picked out mine which the company made!

The original ring was not returnable or refundable because it was custom.

I love the idea of conflict free diamonds and the pendant itself was nice. I paid hundreds to upgrade to a longer necklace chain but the chain was so thin and insubstantial and came out of the box really tangled up. We spent at least 20 minutes carefully untangling it, trying not to snap or kink it. The chain is something you might expect to be included in a piece that’s worth $25, not well over a thousand dollars. It was a bit embarrassing and ruined the experience of gift giving and receiving. Also, they charged me $70 for Saturday shipping when their website quotes $25 for the same.

This approach perfectly addresses the two biggest problems with conflict diamonds. As a wife, I am completely obsessed with my breathtaking Type IIA diamond, which cost 40% less. I was able to upsize my center stone! The sales manager, Justine, provided me with the best customer service I've ever received for such an important purchase; she is professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. I recommend MiaDonna's jewelry to anyone who will listen to me rave about it!

I went in to the showroom to decide on a ring. Customer service was great, and you guys were very helpful. Once I paid for the ring I wanted I wish there was better communication about the shipping process and delivery. If there was a way to watch the process online, Like a ring tracker, I think that would be extremely helpful. Other then that you guys are amazing! Thank you!!

I came in wanting to upgrade the center stone in my wedding ring, and left with a new diamond and so much more! I was able to talk through all the options and shop for the best possible stone in my price range. MiaDonna also added studier prongs, resized my ring and repaired some shoddy work from a different jeweler. It was ready to be picked up within a week, looking brand new. I'm pretty astounded at how inexpensive everything was for the quality I got. I am so happy with it and will definitely be a repeat customer!

First, I will say that I loved the end result of my custom ring. However, if you are looking for a process that is quick and efficient, this isn’t the place. From start to finish, my ring took 3 months. Emails were frequently lost and renderings were very misleading to someone with an untrained eye such as myself. It was a frustrating process but yes, I’m happy that I stuck with it because I did get what I wanted in the end.

The at-home try on process was perfect! It was quick and easy. It definitely was helpful to narrow down which styles of ring that I liked and to see how each would look on my hand from the comfort of my own home.

Absolutely amazing experience purchasing a ring from Miadonna. First and foremost, the ring was made beautifully and was the perfect ring for my fiancé. In addition, it showed up in a beautiful box and bag with the certificate safe in it's packaging. Much nicer than what I've seen from competitors. I should also mention I recieved a first responder discount, which I've never seen from other jewelry businesses. Lastly, and no less important, was the frequent and consistent contact I had with Leslie from Miadonna. She responded swiftly to emails, ensured my ring made it to me safely by an important date, and always remained professional and responsive. Thank you for everything.
