Unfortunately, when I left the premises and tried to re-enter, I was subjected to insulting remarks by the security personnel solely based on my race. This experience has left me appalled and shocked. Furthermore, despite my efforts to retrieve my jacket for two weeks, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency in addressing the issue. The physical assault I endured while attempting to reclaim my jacket only compounded the distressing nature of the situation. I strongly urge the establishment to address these acts of racism and take immediate measures to improve their service and foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all patrons.
