THE WORST! I purchase over $225.00 worth of clothes, and saw that they ran "a little small". I'm a Large, so ordered XL. When I got the jackets I ordered, NOT ONE FIT. In fact, they fit my 11-year-old Petite daughter. I emailed and they said if I put everything in the original packaging and followed all the guidelines, I'd get my money back. THEY NEVER SENT MY REFUND! THIS COMPANY SUCKS WORSE THAN ANY OTHER EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I'd really like to get my money, but from the looks of all the other reviews, I get I'm just going to have to eat it.

The jackets took several weeks to send, one of them I still haven't received in 2,5 months. The quality is very poor, they look good at a distance but they are bad sewn with cheap material. However, the jackets doesn't cost a lot but there's obviously a reason why.

Awful company, the clothing is nothing like you see online. The returns policy is not clear on the website. When you want to return you have to pay shipping to China which costs more than the item. They offer you store credit or a partial refund which is peanuts. They email you back off lots of different email addresses so that you never have one contact there. I have sent my proof of postage receipt, photos and SKU numbers about 8 times. I got refunded for one item which costs half as much to post to China via Royal Mail which incidentally can’t be tracked all the way to China anyway. My other items are still not refunded. I had to split the parcels as it was cheaper that way to post from the UK. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Do not use this company. It is a fraud. They will send you fake merchandise that is nothing near what appeared on their site. When you ask for a refund, they will try to give you store credit. You are discouraged from returning the items since “you will have to pay for shipping”. Yet, they give you a fake address to return to. Don’t expect a refund, ever. This company must be shut down. No wonder they don’t allow anyone to leave reviews on their Facebook page.

Horrible. Nothing like the pictures. TERRIBLE QUALITY. The reviews on their site have to be fake. Trying to get a refund but they keep stalling! Tried to give me a store credit but only for $10 when I spent near $100. I paid to have the items shipped back/returned and requested a full refund but they keep asking for SKU numbers and to see my receipt and then see pictures of the items, ITS AWFUL AND NEVER ENDING. SERIOUSLY NEVER SHOP AT MIAPURE.

I've been dealing with this company since early June. Theyre a rip off. The clothing is Substandard and their customer service is awful. They dont respond to emails in a timely.manner. I tried to cancel the order within a couple of hours but they dont have that option. You have to request thru emails. They didnt respond until they said the order had already been shipped a few days later. I then had to wait and receive the order. They wanted me to take pics of the merchandise and tell them why. Long story short, they have had the return since June 21st at 10:53am and I still havent received my refund. At first they just wanted to give me store credit for $25. I spent almost $100. I demanded a full refund since they post that refunds are made quickly without question. It still hasnt happened..

and they remove the reviews from their own site, they just publish the good reviews, but they must be fake!

Nothing like the photos. Note they do say it's all printed (instead of embroidered) but they should take the photos of the printed version instead of the high quality fashion photos they post. They simply get those nice designs and use cheap fabric and print the patterns and it's just not usable as it looks silly and cheap. Don't bother, very disappointing.

Terrible quality and over priced. I had to pay for the return to China as they would not compensate for the misleading photo's which was over £13. Avoid disappointment and do not shop here.
