HOME SERVICE FOR YOUR ANDROID PC AND LAPTOP
It is a great pleasure for me to find this useful service, provided locally by a super-efficient, knowledgeable and reliable technician who is so good at fixing software issues beyond my level. She has 23 years of 'hands on' experience with ANDROID laptops and PCs. She comes to my house.
I do a lot of work on my PC and Laptop, mainly for the benefit of community projects in which I am usually engaged. When I get 'stuck', with annoying snags that I cannot solve I just give Michaela a call, or an email, and she tells me when she will be with me.
There has only been one issue she could not solve and she said, 'sorry, but this one is 'IT brain surgery level' and I will not risk losing any of your data.' How about that? I thought it was a simple Windows 11 snag... but it was far more complicated.
Her half hour rate is £30 and if an hour is unusually necessary, that's £40. I have elderly neighbours and they have been using Michaela for months now.
She has always let me know when she will be with me and the longest wait has been two days. What could be better?
There is no extra charge for a home visit in HONITON, Ottery St Mary and FENITON, but if you are further away an extra charge will apply. Michaela does not charge 'mileage', however going to Axminster is £50 for the first hour (No half hour charge until after the first hour). Exmouth/Exeter would be £60 (No half hour charge until after the first hour).
