The wig has potentialAverage – has potential but quality issues

The wig has potential, but there were several quality issues that affected my overall experience. The length was actually longer than expected, which I appreciated. However, there were noticeable pieces of coarser/kinky hair mixed in with what was supposed to be straight European hair, which disrupted the consistency of the texture.

The built-in faux scalp was not the best quality, and the stitching at the hairline was broken on one side, causing it to stick out in the front. This was visible and disappointing.

It’s possible that because this wig was purchased during a sale, quality control was not the same as for full-priced items. With better consistency in hair texture and improved construction, this could be a good product, but as received, it did not fully meet expectations.

Quality and communication issues

I ordered a wig here that was frequently out of stock on her site. When I messaged her she said that she had one and I should place my order. The wig I received was extremely large and I feel that she must have sent me a larger size cap when I ordered a regular size, though she denied this and told me I just needed to install it properly. But I can assure you that if I pull the cap backward, there is a massive bunching of cap behind my head and I have a regular/large size head. I pointed out several other quality issues to her such as a hole in the front of the lace, visible knots on one side of the front but not on the other, and uneven application of toner that actually resulted in streaking. The lace was thin and would curl up in the front no matter what I did. The wig also had an invisible scalp layer that was a shade that absolutely no one's skin tone looks like. She did not offer me any solutions, which seemed ridiculous to me considering the laundry list of issues. I am surprised that her etsy shop is still running.
