When I first received the product I had ordered it was broken - when I contacted them about this the matter was resolved very quickly and without any issues- I was sent a replacement product within a few days !

Not just car parts and accessories

Mick's Garage provide a great service. They were very helpful in identifying the part I needed. They were quick to respond and the part was received by me in a couple of days. I would definitely recommend Mick's Garage and will use them again in the future.

I was looking for my car’s wing mirror for over 6 months. I could not find the exact match with all the extra features on my current car until had to ask chatgpt if it can find me a website. It found micks garage and I was so pleased. The mirror came before the expected delivery date and it matched my car’s original mirror’s functionality. The price was very reasonable. The packaging was perfect and their customer service responses were prompt and professional. I would definitely buy again for any of my car parts from them in future.

Seen the part I wanted for more than double on other suppliers sites, said I’d go for it with Micks Garage as mechanic friends highly recommended them. Couldn’t be more pleased, updates with where my order was in the delivery process, packaged perfectly, and no hassles when it arrived. They’ve won me over with making things affordable, easy to use and great delivery - fair play lads!

Absolutely terrible company and service! I used their find my vehicle feature to get the perfect correct part for my car, they assured it was correct and their feature is never wrong, it’s obviously not because I got the wrong part and when I asked for a refund they kept asking stupid nonsense questions and I had to refer to my consumer rights before they would give a refund code, they refused to pay for the return postage which I had to pay myself, this is a disgrace, I will never use them again and I would advise you not to either!! Terrible terrible company and customer service

Now at day 8 and the time is still in Germany. Awful support, communication basically non-existent. They have now stopped replying completely to my emails. Another website that makes it very hard to see where you are ordering from.

The amount of reviews that appear to have happened in the last hour does make me question if they are all real.

Excellent to deal with, fast delivery & good web site

So far Micks Garage have always had what I needed in stock and prices are generally reasonable. On occassion I have paid slightly more to Micks Garage but it was worth it because the dispatch/delivery is excellent. Items usually arrive within a day or two, not always the case with others.

Great experience using Micks Garage. Very reliable and efficient. Highly recommend using them
