Absolutely terrible company and service! I used their find my vehicle feature to get the perfect correct part for my car, they assured it was correct and their feature is never wrong, it’s obviously not because I got the wrong part and when I asked for a refund they kept asking stupid nonsense questions and I had to refer to my consumer rights before they would give a refund code, they refused to pay for the return postage which I had to pay myself, this is a disgrace, I will never use them again and I would advise you not to either!! Terrible terrible company and customer service

Now at day 8 and the time is still in Germany. Awful support, communication basically non-existent. They have now stopped replying completely to my emails. Another website that makes it very hard to see where you are ordering from.

I will never order from this company again.

The amount of reviews that appear to have happened in the last hour does make me question if they are all real.

Excellent to deal with, fast delivery & good web site

So far Micks Garage have always had what I needed in stock and prices are generally reasonable. On occassion I have paid slightly more to Micks Garage but it was worth it because the dispatch/delivery is excellent. Items usually arrive within a day or two, not always the case with others.

Without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever received. The item was faulty on arrival. There's no customer care phone number to ring and after I submitted an email with photos I have been ignored for over two weeks and counting even though I've sent multiple follow up emails. Disgusting carry-on to sell faulty items and then shirk your legal responsibility to make it right by just ignoring the customer.

Being someone who is not in the motor trade, I found the website easy to navigate and located the part I needed quickly. The delivery was quick, within 3 working days. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and would highly recommend them.
