No hassle quick delivery

Ordered and quick delivery - got exactly what I was looking for

Very disappointed- went to them on sound recommendation . I asked that they look at a vehicle and let me know what was needed to get things sorted and a price. I was charged £90 and given a list. I rang to ask for a price and was told it wasn’t worth doing , then told id get an email with the prices that never arrived. Felt ripped off, angry and disappointed.

This company describes a no hassle return policy which couldn’t be further from the truth. I want to return a roof rack which has turned out to be a terrible product and I simply wish to return for a refund. The website provides a form to request a return code, however significant delay tactics are being employed and no return code is forthcoming, I expect so they can then say I am out of time to return. Please do not make the mistake of ordering anything from this terrible company. You cannot contact via phone and they only answer emails once a day or less, absolutely appalling customer service and intent on avoiding any kind of return service. Avoid!!

Had to recently replace a coil spring on my Kia Sportage as it had snapped in two places. Micks Garage had the part I needed and at a very low price, I ordered the part and only had wait 24hrs for it to arrive and fitted it straight away. I will be buying from Micks Garage again real soon and would highly recommend them 👍👍👍

Great service I emailed first and explained what I was looking for which was 2 parts for the engine of my car. Micks garage got straight back to me along with a link to purchase the parts which were very reasonable and were delivered very fast. Great job 👏

Ordered Bosch brake pads and front discs 50% off sale sent me a different brand claimed they were the ones I ordered over 20 years in the motor trade business I know what I ordered if that wasn't bad enough the sent me wrong brake pads my mechanic was in hospital so by the time he got to fit them 30 days were up woudent refund me stuck with a useless set brake pads never again buy of Micks Garage.

Was easy to order and delivery was not an issue. Customer appreciation by them was welcome.
