No part of my dealings with this company has been satisfactory.

Hugely disappointed.

Bought a printer which never arrived but they never thought to tell me it was out of stock.

Offered to find me a replacement printer to replace it them offered me inferior printers that cost half the amount.

I asked for a refund instead which they promised to send.

A month later and of course no refund had come, so I had to chase again to see where it was.

Finally got a refund and they were very apologetic. Offered to send me a FREE mouse by way of apology.

Its now been over three months....and of course no mouse has ever been sent.

No part of my dealings with this company has been satisfactory.
