I was banned for no reason at all, they banned my account even though I still have 13 hours of credits left, all pictures I created are just for food like burgers and salads for my restaurant clients and even tho I got banned and not refunded
EDIT: they just replied to my review and they said that my account was banned because of Use of automation and/or reselling services, which I did not do , which confirms that they will ban you for no reason.

I was really excited to try out MidJourney, but unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has left me deeply disappointed.
I accidentally created two accounts in the same day because I was confused while navigating between the MidJourney website and Discord. As a result, I was charged twice for the same subscription.
I realized the mistake immediately and reached out to their customer service team for help. Despite explaining the situation clearly, it took days and multiple follow-ups just to get a response. When I finally heard back, I was told that they couldn’t issue a refund, even though I contacted them right away and was clearly only using one account.
I understand that I made a mistake - it was an honest mix-up. But what frustrates me is how unwilling they were to help fix it, even when I flagged the issue immediately.
Now I’ve paid twice for a service that I can only use for myself, and it feels like they just didn’t care enough to make things right.
I’m sharing this so others know to double-check everything before signing up, because if you run into any issues, you might not get the support you’d hope for. I really wanted to love MidJourney, but this experience has left me with a bitter taste.

This company is a joke full of neo-leftists while on the other half they are anti-woman with censorship to the fullest, when u use their own even images u can trigger their censor filters when any girl has even her shoulders visible. They think of censorship like if it was a HARAM. They do not care also about refunds, despite law in EU allowing us to cancel anything up to two weeks when not used they do not respect that. They are overpriced for most people and alternatives are there. You will be shun if u criticize them by anything. Back in 2023 it was good, but now, even random things trigger their filters like "glasses" for example and I'm not joking, their discord is swampt in reports about random things triggering their filter that doesn't work as indented for over 4 months.

STAY AWAY FROM MIDJOURNEY. THE IMAGE GENERATION IS A NEAT PARTY TRICK AT BEST AND THEY EMPLOY SEVERAL PREDATORY SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES!!!
I had been a subscription customer for a year. Immediately I realized the image generation is very limiting and underwhelming. You cannot truly create anything with any kind of distinct details or features. It can only really be used for rough conceptualization and possible brainstorming, not something you can use to ever deliver a finalized product of any sort.
But besides that, their billing service is very predatory and I feel the need to warn whoever i can about their practices.
I was never notified by email or any other means that my annual subscription was going to renew, so when I saw that I was invoiced for $288 by email by Midjourney I was very confused. I looked at my account and my sub was auto-renewed without notice.
I immediately canceled my subscription and emailed their billing department letting them know to please refund me my amount back. I felt that fair because all of one day had passed before I cancelled for a whole year sub.
They never responded to my multiple emails until I went through my bank and asked them to dispute the charge, which they did. Upon my bank disputing the charge, Midjourney's team finally got back to my emails and said that since my account was active when renewed they would be charging me for the full annual renewal and not taking into consideration any of the actions I took to show that I did not want the subscription any longer.
Thankfully, my bank is taking care of me and has already refunded my amount and is dealing with their team, but I feel like I should warn as many people as I can...

waste of money . it is horrible with results . no matter what you put in the prompt it will be weird deformed or nothing at all what you expected. you will go through 50 generations to get nothing useful. it has AI generated moderators that stop you from generation things that are not against the rules but will turn around and generate full on unasked for nudity ..... seriously a joke. cancelling immediately

MidJourney is overpriced and delivers the worst quality interior designs compared to both Leonardo and DALL-E. As someone who has created over 10,000 interiors, including hundreds that have gone viral, I can confidently say MidJourney consistently underperforms. Even with advanced prompt engineering, their results are lackluster, especially when compared to the far superior and more affordable outputs from DALL-E and Leonardo. The designs lack refinement, and the company’s excessive pricing only adds insult to injury. To make matters worse, their responses to feedback and reports reek of a soulless, profit-driven attitude with zero regard for quality output or customer satisfaction. MidJourney is the textbook example of overhype and under-delivery—save your money.

I do not recommend it to anyone. I tried to contact the service with a problem; they redirected me to a page where no one helps, only a question-answer service, I wrote about disabling the subscription and trying to return the money for the subscription, to which no one answered and constantly redirects me to the question-answer site, when I try to unsubscribe it constantly crashes and does not turn off. Please pay attention to the service that deals with this, and do not fool people, I will never use this program again, because the attitude towards people is bad

My experience with Midjourney is exclusively positive after having used them for almost a year. Mostly with very good image quality, straightforward technical and simple payment solutions and I have not encountered a single problem to date. The information you need about subscriptions, payment, the technical side of things, prompts and limitations etc. is easily accessible and easy to understand. Even for a European.

Paid for a 1 year basic subscription and for no reason, signed in account no longer shows I have paid subscription. Their customer support is terrible as they use one email address in which it could take over a day to get a response.

MidJourney not only offers an incredible platform for creativity but also excels in customer service. I recently made a mistake and subscribed to the yearly plan instead of the monthly one, and their support team went above and beyond to assist me.
The team from billing support handled my issue with kindness and efficiency: everything was clear, fast, and hassle-free.
Their outstanding support makes me feel valued as a customer and reinforces my trust in this platform. If you're looking for both an amazing creative tool and a team that truly cares, MidJourney is the way to go!
Thank you, MidJourney, for being exceptional in every way!

Falsely says you only need to create an account to generate images then when you create an account and they have access to your information they tell you you have to pay. SCAM!

Don't understand all the negativity,
I am happy with the tool and it works really well.
Yearly member.
So you pay for the platform, they then refuse to create any of the image prompts you give it.......unless you go through their 'unlock personalisation' 200 plus image con
......which is so blatantly demonic they may as well put in great big capital letters 'We are profiling and programming you.' Dark and demonic imagery littered all the way through it, little wonder the bible mentions the city of AI....on the plus side it does get totally destroyed!!

Money, money, money. That's all they care about. Endless potential but you are extremely limited if you don't have lots of money to spend... Sucks.

they are con artist to say the least! they are scamming people with their "relax" mode. once you run out of fast hours, the "relax" mode should have been named "sh**" mode, because the quality of the relax mode is indescribable, I mean you have to see it, it's almost like it's programmed to irritate you, why do companies lie i do not understand.... why can't they just be honest and say paid hours only!

I was very happy with Nijijourney, a part of midjourney until I opened discord after a long day at work and saw I was banned. No email warning, no discord messages. And it says for automation? I didn't even use it that day! And there it was 2 days after my subscription renewed. I'm scared to recommend this service because I don't even know what I was banned for. I use it to make personal character art for my stories. I'm just saddened by the lack of concern for users. If I had been doing something wrong I certainly didn't know until it was too late and now I'll never know what it was.
After nine months of using Midjourney without issue, I received a warning for "nudity and sexual content." I was NOT producing any nudity or sexual content. There was no way to reply to this warning to seek clarification as to what they wanted me to do. I received two suspensions and was ultimately banned. There was no way to respond to any of this. Midjourney does not appear to have any type of customer service department. I was not violating TOS. The rules were to keep it to "PG13" or less. I always did so. I filed an appeal and heard nothing back. This was not unexpected since the instructions on the appeal form said they would only reply in the rare case where your appeal was granted.
I filed a detailed complaint with the BBB. I received a reply today which was essentially "You broke the rules and were banned." There was no indication that they investigated my complaint or even read it.
I agreed to obey Midjourney's rules and I did so. I did not agree that they could ban me for no valid reason and keep my money. I had several months left on Midjourney's most expensive annual plan. I did not violate the rules and they owe me my money.
Please note I was a happy customer for nine months before this problem came up. My content was essentially the same as it was when the warnings and suspensions started up.
I paid for a yearly subscription and only used it for 8 days and tried to cancel. They would not cancel nor would they refund my money. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card.
Obviously SCAM. Suspended my account and don't want to refund even after contacting them to billing@ email.
Extremely shady company, triple charge you without refund, close everything off if you decide not to pay anymore, because under suspicious circumstances your service and experience stops working, while charging in a way that is far overpriced. The only hinge for their 60$ charge is the visibility which is vital to privacy, just to F you over every chance they can.
