Finding the correct abrasive product for your application is not like buying a nut and bolt. It varies from machine type, horse power of motor, age of machine , how it has been maintained, quality of dressing diamond, operator skill and experience etc.. They have good knowledge and do their best to supply right product first time..

Poor Quality
Your product is very poor quality and it's my opinion a dangerous product in the hands of the inexperienced.
If the products you sell are from China or India customers should be made aware of it before purchase.

Dear customer, you purchased these goods in September 2017. Our normal course of action when there is a problem is to rectify an issue within 7 days. You haven't contacted us to say there was an issue.
Please be aware that all our goods are manufactured to compulsory safety standards, either EN 12413 ANSI B7.1 OSA (Organisation of Safety in Abrasives) or FEPA EN 124513 ISO 9001, 14001 (Federation of European Producers of Abrasives) this information is printed on paper blotters attached to the goods (grinding wheels).
