What a RUDE man- had a cracked screen front and back. Initially I met a lovely polite girl.
So she took a deposit off me to 'order in parts' or they couldn't go ahead with it.
I got quoted €290. to fix both screens.
I priced a guy in Cobh and he was €145. so went with that.
When I called back to get my €30. deposit back I met the RUDEST MAN-who said to me I would be out of business if I gave everyone back their €30.
So I paid them €30. for nothing :(
He said we could stand here and fight (?) all day so said I can give you three chargers for the €30.
But I wanted the money back.
STAY WELL AWAY!
Been into this guy a couple of times and always great to deal with my mother recently had a technical issue with her phone and he managed to sort the issue within minutes at the counter and refused to take payment. Absaloutle gentleman and would definitely recommend.
Ive just read about the owners absolutely sickening behaviour towards a young lad earlier this year. Denying him of his consumer rights, verbally abusing him and even going as far as calling what he believed was his place of work in an attempt to get him sacked. All of this over two poorly applied €30 screen protectors. His 'apology' was half hearted and attempted to shift the blame onto a bad day and a misunderstanding, not even mentioning the phone call to the business trying to take food off of this lads table. I must say I haven't been in this shop, but I am sure I never will be in the future. You'll find better products and customer service on amazon. I would recommend anybody thinking of giving this man business to look up the multiple posts and videos of his behaviour, and having a second think before handing him any money.
The screen protectors looked really good so I picked what I wanted, it told me if I wanted a €5 discount on the blue protectors to use the code which it did and it said it didn't work this month, so I picked again and picked two screen protectors at a discount and when I went through to pay the postage jumped from €5 to €15 because I'm in Scotland so not worth paying extra
Dropped my iPhone 11 in for a battery replacement yesterday. All sorted within an hour and delighted with the results, thanks guys!
Absolutely horrified I am. I went in as my iPhone 14 had a nasty crack along the screen after the missus drove over it in the Land Rover. Went in anyway and the lad behind the counter was obviously having a bad day as he had a big cranky head on him. I told him what happened and he looked at me with a confused expression and said “wha?!” And so I reiterated. He then let out a sigh and said he “wished people like me would fall off the edge of this flat earth”. I didn’t kno what was going on so I said don’t bother I’ll take it to the Paklstanls down Main Street and he looked up at me and went crossed eyed I swear. He came out around the counter and started doing small kicks into the air as he trundled over to me. I said I’d better not get into a fight over a phone so I walked out and said I’d never be back. Be careful people, they do be letting anyone own businesses these days.
Again I have to read how abusive this man is, a child this time. Why is he still arround?
Very abusive to a young lad there trying to get a refund - put him crying and kept abusing him.
