When you have fully completed a booking, without entering, or ever later being asked for, credit card or anything else to actually confirm, then you are told the terms!
Terms can not be found in the open, before, during or afterwards. Only that single time.
And they are rather strict about late cancellations! 3 weeks before planed arrival they start reducing the money you may get back if canceling.
This may be Norway, but more likely bad conduct.
