Did not fit, company lied

The boots did not fit. Worn less than one day, Midwest refused to refund claiming a speck of dirt meant they were damaged. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

I NEVER KNEW YOU COULD LOOKUP "BAD REVIEWS"

I never knew you could look up.. "BAD REVIEWS". Company's tend to show all "GOOD REVIEWS". Thank you TRUST PILOT!!
I purchased boots from MIDWEST BOOTS. They claim to refund OR exchange. I wore boots in house for 3 hours to check out comfort, before I would wear them to a job, the next day. They didn't fit comfortably. I asked for refund and for them to send a refund label. They said I had to now pay $14 to send back. I did take pictures of boots..bottom and top and sides. Because at this point I shouldn't have to pay them to send back!! Well.. they sent back.. and claim they have to be resell able!! I still say company's like MIDWEST SHOULD HAVE A ZERO STAR!
I don't know how to put photos of boots w this or I would.

BUY ELSEWHERE!!!

Ordering and delivery were good. Boots didn’t fit so I’m returning them. Their return policy can’t and process is terrible. If you’re fortunate enough to get exactly what you want and it fits…good on you. If not, get ready for a battle. I will never do business with these folks again.

Ordered boots from them for the 1st…

Ordered boots from them for the 1st time. Couldn't get my feet in the boots. Return them to them just for them to send them back saying they cant resell them cause of wear on the boots@@ cant wear something that doesn't fit. They also cut the tags off of them before shipping them back to me!: Matt 1 of the owners is a total waste of human. Clearly could careless about his customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Forgot to include my apt #

I forgot to include my apt # with my order, so I called customer service to give it to them. Customer service went straight to message, saying email us or leave a message. I left my message, but got no call back or return email. The same thing happened the next day. I tried to track the package, but got "No tracking info available", or soemthing like that. I finally got ahold of someone through Sales rather than Customer Service. He updated my address, but they charged ~$21.00 for the privilege, and I still can't get a tracking number because updating the address delays the package. They said they called me, but my phone is always in arms reach, and it never rang. They said they left voice messages, but there were no messages. Not picking up customer service calls, extra charges when I called back right away, no tracking numbers at all, saying they called when they haven't, saying they left messages when they haven't means MidwestBoots is not worth my business in the future.

Ordered a new pair of boots and when…

Ordered a new pair of boots and when lacing them up they broke. Asked to have them exchanged or fixed and was told I would be charged for sending in the broken pair. You shouldnt have to be charged to send in a broken pair of boots when you already paid to have them shipped. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

Midwest boot.com the joke

Spent short of 300 dollars on American made Carolina boots, looked like they were seen by a six year old, then they want to charge me fifteen dollars for a return label, their website says free,but at any rate they won't answer the phone to help it's a garbage company that has garbage policy's and I will never buy from them again.and will let every working man I know at ford general motors lake city army ammunition plant and etc .. not to buy from Midwest boot as they don't support or stand behind the American workers.

They sent boots that were the wrong…

They sent boots that were the wrong size when we called they said to mail them back for exchange so we did they sent a picture of a used boot with a hole in it and said thsts how they received them. Im going to sue them i had 8 adults watch me open them and put them back in box in perfect condition. DONT NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Matt was the guy contacted at the company hes a piece of crap con artist.

Overpriced with awful service

I was excited to place an order while I was out of town, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Due to discrepancies between my billing address, shipping address, and IP address location, my order was flagged, and I was unable to complete my purchase. This process became unnecessarily frustrating, especially since I’m a regular customer.

After receiving an email suggesting I try calling customer service, I decided to order the same item through Amazon instead—no questions asked, no hassle. Midwestboots.com has lost my business over this experience, and until they address these issues, I won’t be shopping here again.

Wish I would have come to Trust Pilot…

Wish I would have come to Trust Pilot before purchasing from Midwest Boots. I purchased a pair of work boots for my son at Christmas. We are in a farm so those boots would get used daily. Within 6 months, the interior lining fell apart. Contacted Midwest and they said send boots back since they were under a 1 year warranty. We send them back to Midwest and they send the boots back to us and say they had excessive use. “What?” So, excessive use because you wear them every day on a farm? This company does not stand behind their inferior product. This boot caters to someone who doesn’t walk in dirt. I have never heard of a company that did not honor their warranty on their product. I work in manufacturing and it doesn’t matter the cause, our company replaces high end electronics as they value their customers and want repeat business. I will never order from them again and in fact, twisted x boots lasted twice as long as these. I would contact the attorney general because that seems illegal but for $150, I am going to go to Kennetreks instead. I know for a fact that they honor their warranties. Steer clear of any company that doesn’t honor warranties.

Replacement is a Scam

I tried to return boots for a manufacturing flaw and was told it was a fit problem. I actually called them and talked to a rude customer rep. He wouldn't help. I eventually reached out to Thorogood boots and got them to replace the boots. The 3rd party boot manufacturer managed to eff that up too and sent them to my old job. The 3rd part manufacturer was unresponsive. I only have these boots because my buddy still works there. Go with red wings or save yourself money and time and go buy some trash at walmart. Also, their review website, shopper approved, is a scam and they won't let you review them.

We ordered size 7 boots they sent size 17!!!

We ordered size 7 boots, but inside the box is a pair of size 17 boot! Called the company and was promised a shipping label. Still don't have the label. Very poor customer service. I was told the label would be sent by noon. Called them and was told the label would be sent by 4 PM. Still don't have label the next day (and checked spam) They don't even care that they messed up! I think they are a bogus company. Would never order again. The 800 customer service number will only help you order - - they don't help with any issues. They won't send the correct boots until we send the wrong boots back.

Returned a pair of boots that sole started falling off in a week and they told me wear and tear no return idk how you wear and tear a steel toe boot in a week but apparently they knew more of what I did than me cause that’s there job apparently there not too good at there job

Be Warned

when I received the boots I liked the look but upon trying them on the tongue area was stitched all the way thru kinda difficult to adjust. i tried them trying to see if i could get used to it but no i then saw i could exchange so i ordered a different pair the next day.i waited just to get the same pair back no explanation i had to write and ask what and why .they stated boots were not resaleable i would love to post a pic. i will never order online again. i buy expensive boots i go thru them quick i own construction company these were $259.i will have to order from my local boot store and wait for their online order. keep theses as an EXPENSIVE REMINDER order local Safer and more Customer Friendly

Hass boots have defective stitching.

It's not Midwest Boots, it's these Hass boots I bought from them. In a year's time these $200 boots came unstitched, they literally unraveled. I work in a trade with lost of sparks and heat; these office boots they sell called Hass do not perform.
