Do not order from this website. They are a scam! I ordered a suit in the beginning on November and it came after a whole month. Non of their claims about fast arrivals are accurate. More over, they took weeks to even respond and after they finally responded are refusing to send me a return label. I requested a return BEFORE THE ITEM EVEN ARRIVED and they refused a return, I then requested a return again once it arrived (the suit is the worse quality I have ever seen on clothes and it it several sizes too small!!!!) It comes from China not America like they claim either. It's a full blown scam and I will start legal proceedings after the holidays to try and shut them down.

Before ordering know that if it doesn't fit, unless they sent the wrong size, you are stuck with it. There is no understanding that size charts vary and items may not fit. Be ready to eat that cost!!

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The quality of the material is poor, the workmanship is unacceptable, and the fit is completely wrong. The product does not match how it is advertised in any way.

What makes this worse is the resistance to issuing a straightforward return. As a customer I should not be pressured or delayed when a product is clearly substandard. I did not receive what I paid for and I should not have to justify refusing a product that fails basic quality expectations.

If you value quality, transparency and customer service, I strongly advise you to think twice before ordering from this seller. This was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Horrible experience. Horrible fabric, nothing like what was advertised. Waste of good money . No one should patronize them . Not just the fabric but the style was totally different. Looked like something seen by a quack . What a shame !

This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had, I bought 2 suites that arrived with poor quality materials and noticeable odor , one small and one medium but both of them are smaller than a standard small size, and when I requested a return the support team who are not helpful at all refused because I should follow their own measurement chart ignoring that I always wear a small size with no issues.
I lost around 300 USD, I don’t recommend buying from Miesuit and I’ll continue sharing Miesuit experience with others.

I ordered several items from Miesuit and the quality was far below expectations. Multiple pieces arrived with defects: loose threads, uneven stitching, fabric pulls, and one jacket that had a visible black mark straight out of the package. On top of that, the pants hae an elastic waistband designed like something for a toddler in diapers, not an adult garment. The fit on multiple pieces did not match the sizing chart.

I followed the return policy exactly as written on their website, which allows returns for quality issues and size problems. Instead of simply providing the return instructions, the company repeatedly pushed partial refund offers of 20 percent and then 50 percent, even though the items arrived with clear defects and unusable design.

It took several messages just to move forward with the standard return that their own policy already permits. The process felt structured to discourage returns rather than resolve legitimate product problems.

Based on my experience, I would not order from Miesuit again. The product quality, design, and customer service did not reflect the claims made on their website.

I have ordered a set of 3 pieces and paid 25$ extra for express shipping to make sure i will receive my order and on time. I received my order so much later than even the standard delivery and never got a refund for what i paid for express shipping.
The tailing is very bad and therefore it looks very cheap and not usable. The provided size chart does not match either.

I put in an order on the 8th. They're shipping said regular items ship in 24 hours, everything else in 3-7 days. Mine should have been "regular". After 5 days, no shipping. Emailed several times. Their supposed response policy is 24 hours. Nothing. Finally put a review here and they responded in hours offering a discount and apologizing, said they'd expedite my order, and asking me to remove the review. I said not until I receive the items. They offered a refund if I didn't want to wait (though now I know that was Bs and just so I'd remove the review). I really wanted the items so said I'd give a few more days. Here we are 12 days later now and still nothing shipped and no more responses after several more emails. They are definitely fraudulent. Marking them fraudulent with my bank and getting a stop payment. So disappointed. Now I have to get a new card which is such a hassle. Stay far away..

Incredible experience!!!!
Its been 18 days since i placed my order but still no response or any tracking number. Emailed them and they replied that its in process… in their website it says process orders within 24h. Saying we have higher than usual orders.
So disappointing I needed the dress this week.
Never going to order again

I ordered a suit from Miesuit for a very important choir concert coming up next month, and wanted to ensure the arrival time would be met.
I received the suit in record time, but had issues with the fit.
The customer service representative was not only helpful but also very empathetic to my situation.
I am very pleased to know that the problem is being resolved, and thank Miesuit for their commitment to their customers.

The tailing is not very good. Anything with lines is out of sync. I would not pay that amount of money for a one month turnaround and bad tailoring

The fabric of the material is quite relaxing and I love the flower patterns

DO NOT ORDER!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! MORE THAN 1MONTH WAITING FOR MY ORDER! ASKING THEM TO SEND MY MONEY BACK SINCE 3WEEKS AND STILL NO NEWS!!!!

What a wonderful experience! I ordered a beautiful 2 piece suit and unfortunately the pants were a little snug. I emailed right away and asked if possible to exchange for a larger size, and they kindly offered for me to keep the small suit and are sending me a larger size with only a $9 shipping fee.

because it seems this is the only way i will get a response! I need return address information! I believe it is HIGHLY unethical to promote 24hr response with a 14day return policy but does not respond to emails unless we leave a review!!!! you should be ashamed of yourself.

i placed my order and it was not shipped out until i posted a review! you didnt even bother to read my first initial email mentioning my sizes and measurements because you proceeded to send me the incorrect size! my invoice says one size and the tags on the suit says a different size!

for other customers kindly note that when i left my first review this company bribed me to pay me to take it down! NO! I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE FTC!

I placed my order 10.5.25 did not receive a response or tracking until 10.21.25. they allegedly have a US address but my tracking info shows it came from china.

when i received this response i mentioned i did not want the item and their response was "We’re sorry to hear that you no longer want the order. However, once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned at this stage."

I placed an order on October 22 and paid already, but I still haven’t received a tracking number of cargo or any response to my messages. The company claims they reply within 24 business hours (3 days), yet it’s been longer with no update at all.

On top of that, I paid extra for expidited shipping which is supposed to come in 5-10 days and it has been 8 days with NO UPDATES AT ALL. And when I email them about this, they ignore it and I get no response

I’ve reached out multiple times with no luck. At this point, I just want a response or confirmation that my order is actually being processed. Terrible communication. I’ll gladly update this review if someone finally contacts me and resolves the issue.

The lavender suit is a wonderful pop of color, and the quality is great for the price. The jacket's waist was a little roomy on me, but it looks perfect with a thin belt.

I loved the suit . The communication was great . I communicated my urgency and the facilitation was admirable. I’m definitely buying from them again in the future.

Miesuit is a scam.

Their products look NOTHING like the images. The material is very CHEAP.

You CANNOT return anything to China due to the new regulations being restrictive.

Miesuit knows that and counts on it to prevent you from getting your money back. They offer 30% off if you keep it.

They pretent to based in the US using an area code in the states.

This suit fits like it was custom-tailored, and the fabric feels both soft and structured. Shipping did take about 10 days though, so it's a good idea to order in advance if you need it by a specific date.
