This is my second pair of sandals from Miista, and they've made a customer for life.
I ordered during the summer sale. Their email timing was perfect, landing right as I was thinking about sandals. They arrived within the week, shipped all the way from Portugal, not even the New York store. The DHL driver was lovely and texted twice before delivery since it needed a signature.
Sizing was effortless. My size 39 from a pair a few seasons ago still matched, so I knew exactly what to order. They fit perfectly out of the box.
The quality speaks for itself. Great leather, a well-considered sole, every detail thought through. These are my new perfect sandal.
Online shopping, sizing, delivery, and a handwritten note in the box. Miista nailed all of it. I won't shop anywhere else for sandals - look fit style and customer service! 💖

I’ve owned several pairs of Miista shoes over the years — five pairs so far — and I truly love their unique design, craftsmanship, and quality. I still find myself going back to Miista boots I bought four years ago, even though I own boots from other brands too. For me, that says everything about the perfect balance of comfort and design.
Every time I visit Barcelona, I try to stop by their shop and chat with the lovely people who work there. The whole experience always feels warm and genuine.
My latest pair is the pink thong sandals, and they are so comfortable and light that I already see myself wearing them all summer.

The item I was supposed to get is beautiful, however I could not see the shipment number one week after I ordered it. I called and they confirmed my order had been cancelled without notifying me, due to lack of stock. I was waiting for the skirt for an important event, now I do not know what to wear, and this is frustrating. Moreover, the operator on the phone tried to refund me via giftcard instead of the full refund on my original payment method, which i find absurd. very disappointed on MIISTA.

I flew from Los Angeles to Paris to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and before we met up, I was wandering through Le Marais when I unexpectedly came across the Miista store. I couldn’t believe it! I’ve been following Miista for a long time and had been thinking about ordering a pair online, but since there isn’t a store in Los Angeles, I was always unsure about sizing.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism. Amber, who was working that day, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the different styles, fits, and what would work best for me. Unfortunately, I had to catch a train to Bordeaux, so I couldn’t make a decision that day. But I already knew I wanted to come back with my mom because I wanted to show her this beautiful, unique store.
When we returned a few days later, Amber was there again, which made the experience even better. I’m so glad I asked all my questions and tried on several pairs during my first visit because by Saturday afternoon the store was packed, and some of the boots I liked had already sold out!
My mom decided to surprise me with an early birthday gift and bought me the pair of boots I had fallen in love with. I even had to wear them on the flight back to Los Angeles because my suitcase was completely full! Thankfully, they were incredibly comfortable, even for traveling.
Thank you, Amber, and thank you, Miista, for making this such a memorable shopping experience. It became one of my favorite memories from my trip to Paris, and I can’t wait for the weather to cool down so I can wear my beautiful boots again.

I absolutely love this style and have only worn them once. The only concern I have is that, because of the long pointed toe, the leather creases quite a bit when I walk. I’m worried it might eventually crack where the crease forms. I really hope it doesn’t, because apart from that, I absolutely love them.
