We bought flower girl dresses and they were perfect!! Very good quality and looked much more expensive than what we paid. Excellent customer service too which was a bonus. I had a question about the sizing and the response was prompt and very helpful.

I’ve purchased around 3 dresses from here, I’m based in the uk and the shipping time was incredible. Even beforehand whilst still browsing I messaged the wonderful lady for help on sizing advice and she was great and super fast. When each of my daughters dresses arrived they were absolutely stunning and looking just as displayed on the website so I was over the moon! Have recommended this company to numerous people!

Absolutely love Mik and Me, I had their dresses saved when I knew I was expecting a girl during my pregnancy! Got her the butterfly dress and she received so many compliments. Already got my eyes on another one for her 2nd birthday, can’t wait!

Milanese team went above and beyond to deliver a gorgeous dress for my daughter to wear for my brothers wedding. They were even having a sale at the time I purchased the dress so the price for a handmade dress was just unbelievable!! It came right on time according to the shipping times listed on their website. I even checked in with them via email and they were very prompt in their response. Overall, I highly recommend purchasing from this wonderful brand!!

I’ve had the best experience with this brand. I literally needed a flower girl dress for an event the following day. The owner responded straight away via instagram DM which I was super surprised about! She worked with me on sizing and last minute got the dress I needed ironed and ready to be picked up by UBER and delivered to me. I can’t recommend them enough! Will definitely buy from them again.

One of the best online shopping experiences I’ve ever had! I wanted to customise the colour of a dress, and the team at Mik and Me were incredibly prompt and helpful in organising a custom piece for my daughter. Shipping was fast, and the quality of the dress is absolutely unbeatable. I truly couldn’t fault them—highly recommended!

I ordered a dress on Jan 30th and during this period, it was a 10 day processing period, plus 12 business days to ship to Canada. It ended up being a total of 30 business days when it arrived on March 13, missing my daughter's 1st birthday party and resulted in postponing the cake smash twice. Plus really terrible customer service where they promised to refund me, but I had to follow up many times and they never resolved it.

I followed up by email on Feb 5 and 13, and also commented on IG and sent them a DM since I didn't hear back. On the 14th, they let me know about the 10 processing days (which wasn't super clear on the site at the time) but I thought it was okay since I had ordered ahead of time and they said it should arrive about a week from that email.

I followed up on Feb 19, 25, and March 5 because they did not respond to my emails. She finally responded to my March 5 email saying it might've been lost in transit and would refund me as soon as they found out information from their shipper. I had noted that I had passed my Cake Smash dates and the birthday party was that weekend... so she said if the event date passed and the dress didn't arrive, they would arrange a return label and full refund, along with a GC to apologize for the inconvenience.

It sounded nice, so I responded that was great... but then I had to follow up again on March 13. Their response was a few hours after my email, and said that 'customers/courier company delays are completely out of our control' and that the courier was finally out for delivery in my country and they would submit a complaint to them.

I received the package that day, and emailed them back on March 14. I wanted to just ship the dress back and get my refund because all the events had passed. What use do I have with an expensive baby dress at that point? They responded yes, you can return it -- here's the address to send it to.

On March 17, I followed up and asked if they were covering the return as they had promised. They responded within an hour that "they will ask the boss to arrange a prepaid label and will get back to you within 2 days" because "they need to figure out how international return labels work". I responded the next day to say that's great. Looking forward to it.

Followed up March 24, April 3 and April 8.

In total, 13 emails and follow ups from me (plus two attempts on their Instagram), and 5 responses back from them. They lied about resolving this on their end and I wasted so much time and emotional effort trying to get a dress for my litte one's birthday.

Given their dresses are for special occasions, I wish I had seen reviews about their unreliability so hope others can learn from this experience. Shipping issues happen, but the poor customer service is within their control. Try a different dress shop -- I had a great experience with a similar shop from Australia and no issues there.
