I have just received a coat I ordered for my wedding and it does not look as shown on the website. The coat is described as full length and looks like that online. I am 5ft 6 so am average height and it is no where near full length which is what I needed. I have spent £120 on a coat that I feel was wrongly advertised. I am unable to log into my account and need to return asap so I have money to purchase another for my wedding which is in 3 weeks! This is my order en_mi_231002055636_412. Please help!!!!
I have received an e mail telling me to look at the returns policy and this gives me no indication of how much I am entitled to?? I have asked for a full refund but the response has been an e mail which links me to my order?? Please I need my money back asap!!!!

I recently ordered my wedding dress online, and I must admit, I was nervous about what I would receive. Shopping for such an important and personal item without trying it on in person can be a bit daunting. However, my experience turned out to be a wonderful surprise, thanks to the fantastic custom sizing options offered by the online retailer.

I ordered a dress from this website and it is not the correct color as shown in the picture, it is no where near as long as it is on the model and I waited a MONTH to get it and now I have to return it! So irritated!!!

I reckon this website is a real cracker. The products are as good as a meat pie at the footy, and they delivered it faster than a dingo on a chase. Fair dinkum, you can't go wrong here, cobbers!

The fit was awkward and the quality was LOW. It looked like a bump up from some Forever 21 dresses I had bought but for 10 5 times the price. I even had a custom fit and the waist was way off. I am 5' tall and it was too high. That never happens when you are short. On the positive side, they did add a few cheap freebies and they shipped extra quickly.

BEWARE! No reruns no cancellations. I made an order two weeks ago that still hasn’t shipped. I needed it for an event so no longer need it. I went to cancel and they told me I’d only get my shipping fees refunded! How is that even logical when no item has been shipped? Why can’t I get a full refund when literally nothing has been done on their end? They then say that I could wait to get the items, pay for rerun shipping and return it for an additional 15% off for restocking fees. AND they can deny returns for any reason according to their website. Being this is a place that takes at least 40% of your money just for placing an order, I find it hard to believe that the returns process will have any integrity.

I recently placed an order for some shoes and became suspicious cause I order from Milanoo but Labonita received my payment smh August 19th my order is still processing I reached out to the site just to get a email saying it will take 24 hrs for them to respond 🙃 and when they did I was given a bogus excuse it's taking long because they hand make the shoes (lies) and my order will be shipped out August 22nd (yesterday) so I contacted them yesterday I was given the excuse they was talking about today August 23rd and guess what it's 1:27pm AND NOTHING🤬 it's still showing processing IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES ORDER FROM HERE do not spend your money with someone you can't call cause the phone is ALWAYS BUSY and it takes 24hrs for them to respond 😢 REFUND ME MY MONEY!

I bought shoes and am having a lot of difficulty trying to return them for a refund. Their customer service is lacking and they try to get you to download their app in order to contact them regarding a refund.

Still waiting on my order. Paid an extra £20 for 5-7 day delivery. It’s been over 2 weeks and still not arrived nor have I had any response after emailing and phoning. How do I get my goods or my money back?

A nightmare! The quality is incredibly bad, the pictures do not represent the dresses that are sent to you and the customer support is very unfriendly. You can only return one item (it says it somewhere on their website, but you definitely don't find that information easily) and they will charge you 30%. I will never buy anything from that shop again.

No tracking number, no replies to emails

I bought 2 wedding dresses. When they arrived they didn’t fit. They have the worst return policy. I had to pay 100$ (out of pocket) to send the dresses back to china and then they refunded less than half of what I paid for the dresses!!!

Never was I able to speck to someone, they only have a number in china. All of it was through messages on the app. Unless, you are going to keep what you buy, do not shop here!

This is a Scam! The dresses I ordered do not look like the pictures and sizes are completely off (not to mention the poor quality of the fabric). It's almost impossible to return it. They informed me I can only return one dress out of two and they charge me 30% of the price for "environmental fee" and 30% of the price for ordering a wedding/evening dress. They do not make this clear on their website.
Also be aware of some of the reviews here being fake (like those saying 'trustworthy AF' in the title).

Unbeknownst to me eye catching shoes from this site popped up on my fb feed so I went to the site ready to order. In doing so I started looking through the full catalog and things started looking familiar. Come to find out I ordered 3 pair of shoes from this site over a year ago and never received 1 single pair. Never got a response to my emails nothing. Apparently some people have better experiences but if you actually value your money bypass milanoo, now if money isn't really an issue for you go ahead and roll the dice it's probably a 50/50 chance you'll receive your purchase. Update!!! All their replies to customer complaints are not for that customer because they really don't help just empty words to make future customers more trusting. Again if you're rolling in doe then order away because if you don't receive anything which is pretty likely you want be ultra disappointed.

REALLY PISSED ABOUT THIS MY SHOES IS MEANT TO COME 5 DAYS AGO BUT STILL I HAVEN'T RECIEVED THE SHOES YET I REALLY NEEDED THE SHOES FOR MY SON FOR PROM BUT I GUESS HE WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO GO TO PROM BECAUSE OF MILANOO VERY DISSAPOINTED

£ 131.78 for a lady suit ,we have been waiting the delivery for weeks , sending emails to the company . Only the 23/05 we have been informed by the EVRI delivery company that they received a box damaged and they sent it back .
We sent a email asking for the refund , but they are not answering to our emails .
