Do not shop here ever!

Purchased a pair of combat boots only 4 months ago. They have been worn roughly 10 times. These boots are absolutely falling apart and all of the material is ripping.

Decided to contact the company to ask what my options are to have the blame fully placed on me. Told me the issue was a sign of the boots getting wet and muddy and not being dried and cleaned properly. The first time they have been worn in these conditions was literally 5 days ago and they had already started to have issues before this. Regardless of their nonsense excuses, these items should be fit for purpose and shouldn't be falling to pieces after 10 wears.

Any way, after a bit of a search online, I find that this appears to be a regular tactic of these scammers and they like to use a variety of different excuses that blame damage to products on their customers every single time.

If you have been unfortunate enough to order from these crooks and have a problem then I suggest you contact your banking provider to get help.

Also a note to the company - I am not interested in receiving a reply from you as Im not interested in your sarcasm, excuses or lies so save yourself a little bit of time.

However, got to say that the shoulder bag I bought definitely wasn't worth £36 but looks and feels more like a £20 bag. Compared to my old cordura bag, which literally fell apart, (not bought from Military 1st), my new bag is not lined on the inside, which would have 'upped' the quality but probably the price too.

Saying all that, it does what I need it to do. 😀

Overall, I am very pleased, having bought several pairs of ¾-length shorts in the past.
They wear extremely well.
Delivery is good.
My gripes are that I have to trawl through pages of catalogue to find them and that my size is often out-of-stock when I do.

Bought a pair of BDU 2.0 uniform trousers and paid for next delivery ! Came 2 days later and wrong size sent ! Needed these trousers urgently for work . Sent trousers back for an exchange to get the right size and nothing !

No contact has been made, spam folder and inbox checked ! Only email I received was to say the return had been successful!

Great after-sales service. I bought some shirts from Military 1st. Although they were the right size for chest and waist, they were too short for me. Nothing to do with the company, but I have a long torso, and this is a constant problem for me. So I had to return them. I read through their returns policy and followed the simple steps. There was no cost to me, and their communications to me were brilliant - they refunded the money very quickly with no quibbles or delays. Not only great service, but excellent after-sales service.

I ordered Industry Vintage shorts, but received a completely different model: Urban Legend in a mustard-green color instead of the ordered Beige.The company's order confirmation system lacks transparency. The final invoice contains no product image, only a long multi-digit SKU number and a confusingly similar model name (Urban Legend instead of Industry Vintage). This pattern seems designed to confuse customers who cannot memorize exact SKU codes, leaving buyers without clear visual proof of what they originally clicked on. Furthermore, there is no way to access the original order details directly on their website; it is completely hidden or impossible to find.The received product is of incredibly low quality. It is made of cheap cotton/polyester blend with poorly stitched seams and loose threads everywhere. There is no country of origin stated anywhere on the labels, which raises questions about whether this is a genuine Brandit item or a fake. The quality of execution is significantly lower than basic brands like GAP or Old Navy. Lastly, the tag says "Beige", but the actual color is a distinct mustard-green (photographic evidence attached). A highly disappointing and untransparent experience.
Addendum: The permanent fabric tag inside the shorts completely lacks the product name or color, showing only an obscure number. The only place stating "Beige" is a loose, detachable paper tag that can be easily pinned to any random pair of shorts to deceive the buyer. This is a clear manipulation of product data. UPD: The store officially refused to resolve the issue or pay for return shipping, claiming that a mustard-green pair of shorts with terrible stitching completely matches my order. They openly told me to go to the bank for a chargeback. I have officially initiated the chargeback procedure through my bank with all the photographic evidence of their wrong delivery. Avoid this shop, their customer service is an absolute nightmare.
