Every product that I have recieved from Military Republic has been of great quality. If I had questions or concerns, the staff has always responded quickly, professionally, and with courtesy.

It took almost a month before I received the order. The quality of the jacket was poor and this is not a cheap jacket. I won't recommend

You kept in touch with me until and after my package arrived, very concerned about my satisfaction. My package arrived when indicated it would and I'm very pleased with the product.

We loved the selection of gremlin bells and other merchandise on this site. We have both Marine and an Army son's and we are always looking to get more items promoting our "Military Family" Thanks for the wonderful selection and quality items.

Pathetic business that wraps itself in phony patriotism. I placed an order for a hoodie in December 2022. Within a week they sent an email saying they were behind in filling orders. They have ignored my voicemail messages and three separate emails asking when my order will be delivered. It is now mid-February 2023. Avoid these clowns at all costs.

I ordered 1 shirt.
On January.It's February now.
I emailed, called them several times.
The shirt was for my brother who served in the Marines and he was in the hospital from a heart attack. I begged them to FedEx it ASAP. I'll pay extra.My brother passed away. Still no shirt 20 days later

I ordered a red hoodie and received a black one instead twice. When I emailed you about the problem I never got a response back from anyone there. So needless to say I'm kinda disappointed with your customer service. Don't remember the date it was some time late last year

In August I ordered a firefighter analog pocket watch for my husband. When it arrived, poorly packaged, it was defective and does not work. I contacted customer service and was told a replacement would be sent. Here it is mid October and still nothing. All I got for my money is a non working watch. This is a very disappointing company.

Well made products. Have never needed customer service. And they ship fast. I keep their webpage on hand for many gifts for friends and myself.

They were wonderfully responsive with my sister didn't receive her coin. They sent another and kept me informed asking the way. She did receive the second one and loves it!!
