The same thing happened to me. I returned something exactly as they said. But they refused to accept my package and it was returned to me. Of course I didn’t get any money back. So this is not the fault of Post Nord. This is the fault of Milker. Take responsibility for your mistakes. I will never ordered anything from this company again!

Did not receive the refund. After returning an item, sending ALL the requested information, I could not get the money back. No aswers from the customer service since april.

I am VERY disappointed over the return service. I have lost 900nok because of a package that never came to the destination. When returning you have to send the package to Danmark which costs almost up to 400kr. If you don’t specifically pay for tracking you end up loosing both your order and the return fee. The internet site that I ordered from is actually Milker.no which is very misleading.

Have I known this in advance, I would have never ordered something I am not sure of. The products that I kept were good but they are not worth the stress and extra money I’ve Iost.

I like the design of the clothes. The summer shirt i bought is lovely, but the autumn/winter dress and sweater I bought were a little disappointing. They're thinner then expected. The dress loses its shape quickly when you wear it. It does go back after washing. The stitching is the biggest issue. I had to sew several buttons back on within a week and secure the others. The stitching on the sweater also came loose after one wash. The clothes are very expensive, so if they'd be a bit clearer about the thickness of the fabric, that would be helpful. And
Make sure the stitching is done right. It really should be for a 120 euro dress.

The concept is good, but the cloth is really thin so you feel your breast naked. And you can not avoid that all the breast goes inside the "built bra" hole making them to be press by the bra and make the milk flow. You can not use breast pads because of it and also the top cloth is specially thin in the breast area because it gets more stretched there. Making it a really bad alternative for the breastfeeding bra. PS. Dear Milker I have used the items that is why I can give a review of them. I consider that a waste of money.

Hello good day dear, I'm interested in your company

The clothes were not as expected. Shapeless, Frumpy looking. too much material in places that weren't flattering. (across the back on the dress, seemed more than necessary for the size described)

Great quality poor customer service
- Got no answer from the customer service via internet pages, though quick reply through email
- Returning clothes is expensive
- Quality of clothes is great

The return-items arrived over a month ago according to my postal service. Two weeks later the support team acknowledged that the package has arrived and that it will be processed "quickly". This still has not happened.

The quality is amazing but very poor customer service. It takes so long to wait for an answer. Promised discount but finally I didn't get it. Say that the owner is on Holiday. Nowadays it shouldn't be a problem..

Super fast delivery and the products were excellent! I was especially happy with the "goody bag"

While I'm happy with the clothes,which are super comfortable, and the quick service, it seems like there's a bug in the online ordering system. I tried to order the same top in two different colours but ended up receiving two of the same colour.

Really bad experience with this merchant:

1) I did an order of 113.26 euros and they sent me the day after an email saying that they could not process my card to reenter the card info and try again. I did that
2) Day after they charged me twice and sent 2 shipments of the same goods
3) I picked up one and left the other in the store as advised by them.

It's now 1 month they have 113.26 more than they should. Today they contacted me saying that they want to refund me of the goods but not the shipping cost of the second order I never picked up even if it's completely their fault.
This is by far the worst buying experience in a while, it highlights a very unorganized merchant.

I was really thankful and amazed for an excellent service. I ordered on Wednesday evening and have got the package on the doorstep on Friday.
The clothing are very nice style, the wool nice and worm.
I am a bit disappointed about the wool top that was a reason to shop on Milker that was not on the sale :-) after 2 days of wearing it looks very used and it is pilling.

Super kvalitet, hurtig (og billig) levering.
I have bought various upmarket pregnancy and nursing clothing online (Isabella Oliver, Seraphine, Boob) and in my opinion Milker is the best when it comes to quality. Especially nursing tops and dresses made of wool, wool and viscose and knit organic cotton are a pleasure to wear. I am UK size 8-10, French 36, and Milker's size XS is a perfect fit.
