Lovely family run business they really looked out for us and went above and beyond without being asked. They do great conversions - our van is exactly what we wanted looks and drives great. I honestly have nothing but good to say about them. The customer service is friendly and genuine, the quality of work is excellent, and the finish is fabulous. Everyone's instantly impressed when they see her. Can't wait to get out on our adventures. If you're looking for a compact campervan i unreservedly recommend David and his family business

Discovering Milldown Campers was a fortunate find for me. I purchased my Alphard in May 2021, and David was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. His classic approach to customer service stood out as he made every effort to assist me. A minor problem arose a couple of months later, but a visit to their garage resolved it quickly and free of charge.

We can't praise Milldown Campers enough. From the condition of the base vehicle though to the conversion and the final gleaming finished product, it is clear this is a company that genuinely cares. David has so much enthusiasm and energy and clearly strives to produce a quality campervan that will be a joy to the customer. He was so helpful and wiling to provide a few bespoke extras that we asked be put on. So in summary, an excellent caring and honest company that turns out beautiful Japanese campervans. Definitely worth a look.

I’d been planning on a camper for some time so this was a major purchasing decision for me. Well, I couldn’t have placed my trust in better hands. David and team did a brilliant job from pre-order through conversion to handover. No pressure, nothing contrived, nothing too much trouble, first class workmanship.

Hired a camper from Milldown for the weekend. Camper had very good facilities and was nice and clean. Optional extras include porta potty and awning. Potty we didn't use but awning would've been useful in the rain. Good organisation and communication throughout. Thanks very much!

I bought a Toyota Alphard camper from Milldown Campers. I had been looking for a campervan for three months. The quality of Milldown Camper's conversion work was much better than any that I have seen elsewhere. It is very well designed, stylish, and comfortable. David and Lucy were unfailingly helpful and responsive to my many queries. They were willing to work on a Friday evening to hand the finished vehicle over to us when a train strike prevented us from collecting it during business hours. I am very pleased with my purchase from Milldown Campers and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Service from this company is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Brilliant service. Nothing was too much trouble when introducing me to the world of campers. High standard conversion with exactly what I requested. Day of handing over my camper was informative, helpful & friendly. Fully recommended for any one wanting a high spec bespoke camper.

Glad I found Milldown Campers, bought my Alphard in May 2021, David could not have been more helpful or informative he is definitely old school and will go out of his way to help you. Had a small issue a couple of months later however that was soon sorted foc with a trip to their garage.

Purchased our Toyota Alphard in ‘Tourer’ specification and collected it in October 2021. The Company, led by David and his wife were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, going the extra mile with both quality and customer satisfaction. Six months and almost 4000 miles later, we are incredibly happy and proud of our ‘Nellie.’ Highly recommended, these guys are top quality in all areas.
