Best store interaction I’ve had in a while
I came in earlier today looking for a pair of shoes, Elliot was more than happy to help me find the perfect type for my wide feet. He went above and beyond to get the right shoe for me and now I am the new owner of a pair of Merrell’s. The ladies on the till were very friendly and quick. I will be coming back here again in the future for all my outdoor gear.

Great experience in the shop with Mitch today. I had an issue with an item that I purchased that was faulty, I brought it back and got something else sorted. The customer service was excellent all round. Have shopped at Millets since I was young and happy to see it’s still going strong, providing good service and consideration to customers.

Bought the perfect walking shoes thanks to Ryan’s help
I went into the store for a pair of decent sturdy, walking shoes. Ryan, the young assistance there, was so knowledgeable and so helpful. Really explained every option to me. I came out with the perfect pair of shoes as well as proper walking socks, which he even told me how to properly launder to prevent them going bobbly. Incredible service. 100% satisfaction.

Well priced trousers and good service
Really pleased with my visit to Millets today.
They had the trousers I wanted in the colours and size I wanted.
But the women's display rack is so high up( and I am not short) I could not reach the rail. However the tall assistant (6ft 5 he tells me) came to my rescue to reach the ones I wanted.

Great customer service
After getting nowhere with customer service via email I went along to my local store and after explaining my issue with a product purchased online the staff member was very helpful, I was refunded for the item that didn't work as it should and although he couldn't replace the item, I was informed where I could get a replacement locally. I was served by Elliot in Millets on the High street in Barnstaple. Great product knowledge and excellent customer service. 5 star rating.

Elliot was superb. Helped me deciding on walking boots. Did not have my size in the end and so he ordered them to be delivered to home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
