I've been using Millfield Autos for 20 years or more and this is unfortunately first time I've had to give you a negative review.
I really don't appreciate the passive-aggressive telling off I got for opening one of the display packs of shrink wrap. I was told the other pack was already open, however I informed the sales guy it didn't have the size I wanted so I opened the spare pack.
The same sales guy who saw me hunting around for items but stood and ignored me. I remember when they used to come and help you straight away.
I left the shop feeling quite hacked off by this interaction but hey, there's plenty of other places to go.

Kindly defer your staff from parking on private residential car parking spaces that do not belong to them. Plate number ML12 WGM.
Lack of decorum.

I started going to Millfield Auto parts when Hussain first opened in Millfield and from the first day of going to the store the staff has always been polite and treats you as one of the family. Since the passing of Hussain his son has done an excellent job of running the business his father would be proud of his son continuing the excellent service that they provide. The staff are very polite and go above and beyond to sort out any situations you may have.
I always recommend Millfield Autoparts to my friends and family when they need parts or products for the car the staff are always willing to advise on any issues you have with your vehicle.

Drivers for this company driving like absolute idiots!

I ordered my car parts on phone and collected after one day. They gave the wrong parts which I did not order when I brought it back for a refund they refuse to because I had to open the packaging to see the parts which were not the right ones, just for excuse to refuse a refund.

Company that sell cheap knock off parts. Unfortunately my car repairer insists on using them. A part purchased just 3000 miles ago has failed and it isn't the first time. Also gave me a price for a top spec battery and then refused it at that price on visiting the shop - avoid!

Yet again the wrong part supplied, its 50/50 pot lucky if you get the rite part or not!

This is the most reliable, friendly automotive parts suppliers in Peterborourgh. I have recommended family and friends who travel very long distances just to experience the dedication the staff have to rectify and giving a pure welcoming and professional resolve for at least 99% of the time.
Myself and family have only experienced 100%. It works,is honest it's sell priced and it reliable. Please do not change a thing Millfield Autos.

Brilliant place to shop for your car parts, Really competitive prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff with a smile.
Can get hold of OEM parts for a fraction of the cost of branded, often exactly identical parts made by the same company in the same factory!
Good atmosphere and banter in the shop, I was served by a chap called 'Jack'.
