Worst experience with this company!
Ordered my item said 48 hour delivery. Didn’t attempt delivery for 3 weeks and then when I missed it once (as they don’t send out a delivery notification time or date!) they returned it to sender and I still haven’t received the item a month later or a refund!

It wasn’t a cheap item and what do they expect you to just wait in everyday for 4 weeks!? Why don’t they send a email telling you a time and date like everyone else? No help when asked where item was just said contact parcel force not their problem. Parcel force said back with company and to deal with them.

Bought one of their playmats and it’s fantastic. A great size and very soft for babies learning to move!

Bought the whale swaddle and beanie set, it’s so lovely and soft! Looks beautiful in mini photoshoots and the set is perfect for a newborns.

I am so amazed at the quality of the play mat and the ball pit! Super blown away on quality and design! Both of my sons love lounging on the play mat literally all day and the size was just perfect, not too big, not too small. I lay it on my living room floor for them to lounge all day!

Fabulous selection of items and they are all great quality. We got a moonie bear and it soothes my newborn so quickly - it’s a must have item for me! We also got the cutest photo milestone cards and backdrop. Would definitely recommend ordering.

Slightly dissapointed with the packaging, paying almost £40 for a item id expect it to come boxed, and packed with a little more luxury. Bear just came in a plastic bag. Lovely item though, and pretty fast delivery.
