AVOID!!

AVOID!!! ZERO ETHICS!!

I brought my rental car in at 10:30 AM to fix a minor issue - a rear panel sticking out by 4mm. I was assured at reception that it would be ready by the afternoon for a pre-agreed price of ~4400 SEK. Since I had to return the rental car the next day before flying home, this timeline was crucial.

At 1:25 PM, I was informed the car was "ready." To my disbelief, the panel was still out of place, and now an additional section of it was misaligned—something that wasn’t an issue before! When I raised this, I was told by Daniel and his manager (a bearded man in his 30s) that they actually couldn’t fix it but could do it next week—an option that was useless given my deadline.

Then came the real shock: I was told I had to pay 2,400 SEK, despite the fact that they hadn’t delivered on their promise. I understand when they stated they did not have available necessary parts for completing the job, but I never authorized them to work on other parts of the bumper they did, yet they charged me anyway. When I disputed this with both, they refused to budge, basically forcing me to pay for unfinished work. The manager even had the audacity to say, "It is up to you what you do, whether you pay or go to the police."

To make matters worse, both suggested I take the car for a wash before returning it—implying that the rental company might not notice the defective panel. Both saying that it was a "moral dilemma." If that doesn’t scream dishonesty, I don’t know what does.

After an hour of back-and-forth, they graciously lowered the price to 2,200 SEK—further proving they knew they were in the wrong. If they had any integrity, they wouldn’t have charged me at all.

This place operates with zero ethics. They don’t honor their word, they take advantage of customers, and they clearly treat people differently based on how well they know them (per the manager's own words: "This is your first time here. We don’t know you.").

DO NOT trust them with your car. AVOID!!
