Delicious recipes with fresh gluten free, organic ingredients

The food is delicious, the customer service is excellent and the deliveries are always on time. I'm so impressed with Mindful Chef. I've tried many of the "food delivery boxes" on the market. Mindful Chef are a cut above in terms of the produce and recipes and they also offer a service for a single person. I recently contacted the customer service team about a query and they dealt with my message in a timely and friendly manner. All round - I'm a very happy customer.

Absolutely brilliant customer service! From my first interaction (mid-delivered box) on a Sunday, they got right on it and ordered a replacement straight away. They also looked into reasons why it went awry to ensure the delivery company were better placed to deliver it properly in future. Great stuff.

Great healthy selection of food. Only complaint is with the cool bags as they are filled with a weird gloop that needs loads of water to wash it down the sink. Other companies use just water filled bags which doesn’t need washing away and the water can be used to water the plants.

As a busy family with a love for great food, but no real love for cooking, we are finally eating wonderful food with very little culinary skill! In fact, I actually am growing to enjoy cooking because the meals are great fun to cook! I never thought I would say that, so thank you Mindful Chef! Highly recommended.

Mindful Chef food and service has always been great. However the real test is when things go wrong and it was not even their fault. Not only did they credit us but also donated the food to charity!

Very happy with Mindful Chef. Good choice of meals, even if restricted by allergies like me. Still a wide range to choose from. They have all been easy to make and tasty.

I was very pleased to have my longstanding loyalty to the company recognised recently when I apparently ordered a box in error yet was not charged in recognition of that loyalty. Despite having been sold to a multi-national, this company still continues to operate as a small private enterprise delivering high quality and personalised service. Well done!

I ordered some of the ready meals having been a customer on and off for the last six years. I was absolutely dismayed to find they looked totally unappetising with cheap ingredients that you would expect in a £1 budget supermarket ready meal. Honestly I would not feed my dog with. I don’t know if you had a production line problem or something, but everything at wholly unappealing, the texture was rubbery overcooked and honestly I was very disappointed. I wrote to mindful chef telling them about my experience and they just sent me a placatory message back for WhatsApp. Very disappointing will not use again.

Cannot fault anything. The food options are extensive, ever changing and delicious. I have not have the same meal for 11 weeks now. Customer service is great also. DPD failed to deliver one week and my recipe box was freshly packed and delivered the very next day with a credit for carriage.

We’ve been enjoying meals regularly but this week our delivery did not come. I emailed customer service. They investigated, communicated to me what had happened, reorganised delivery and provided refund. They dealt efficiently and communicated well. A hitch in service yes and I was very happy with their approach to rectify this. Many thanks

We have always been really happy with the meals and recipes we have received from Mindful Chef over the years. Additionally excellent customer service, would certainly recommend.

The meals have all been excellent.
An excellent variety, with generous portions.
I am gluten intolerant so selecting them for me is made especially easy as all the meals are suitable.
They are always delivered when promised, except on one occasion and this was dealt with efficiently and in a very friendly way with the meals delivered the same week.

My box was left outside the front of the house by a door that is not used so the box was left in the hot sun all day

Great variety of vegan options. Very quick cooking times, with simple cooking instructions. I would definitely recommend Mindful Chef.

We have enjoyed delicious and nutritious meals from Mindful Chef for over 4 years now without a single glitch. However, in our last recipe box there was a mismatch between the meals we ordered and the recipe booklet we received which I reported. Mindful Chef provided excellent customer service by responding immediately, explaining that we were mistakenly sent the booklet for 4 meals instead of 2 and emailing me a pdf of the correct booklet straight away. Brilliant service all round!
