This server is so bad we played for less then an hour and it crashed at least 5 times + it was very laggy

Incredibly laggy on a vanilla server…
Incredibly laggy on a vanilla server with highest paid service. No response to support tickets. Will request bank does a chargeback as they aren't providing the service agreed to and find a different service to use.

Newly installed server is extremely laggy…
Newly installed server is extremely laggy at minimum load and support doesn't respond to ticket.
Best to stay away form this hosting service.

poor support
had multiple problems with servers They claimed the backups didnt take up any of the ssd space on your server and lied causesd many crashed and ruined games as worlds were distorted and blocks missing when using backups. the support was not only "lazy" but utterly useless they seemed to know less about running a server than I did honestly the only decent thing about them is the price you pay for what you get cheep servers with great ssd space and good cpus but no help at all in fixing the hundreds of issues that the site has. claims they have 24/7 support with 99% respond rate which is a load of crap and the most help they have a rubbish little tutorials made 3 years ago by some kid that dont cover half the ways the servers screwed us
