Perfect site, perfect team, perfect delivery: how e-commerce should work

A truly great compliment to Mr Bertrand VIEN + Mrs Lavinia VIEN. Both are very and fully personally committed to winning satisfied customers. Throughout the complete order process (i.e. from my ordering to delivery to the Netherlands), both have been very responsive to answering all my questions and have made continuous efforts to make me a satisfied and recurring customer.

Last Friday I received my shipment of five rare 911 1/18-models, that 'mini911.com' to my surprise still had in stock, in perfect condition. Forget about the negative sentiments that are still circulating on the web on 'mini911.com' since those refer to the previous owner of this website: Mr VIEN is the new owner (and also runs 'selectionrs.com') and proved to me that he takes his job in winning you as a happy customer extremely serious: this is THE example how e-commerce should work!
