Extremely disappointing delivery experience – poor customer service
I had a very frustrating experience with Mini A Ture’s delivery service. I ordered several items and the delivery was handled by Cargus, which turned out to be a disaster. I finally got the parce 3 days later after having to drive two hours back and forth to another town.
After a failed initial delivery attempt, I redirected the package to a nearby Cargus pick-up point, for which I received a confirmation email.
When I went to collect the parcel, it wasn’t there. The next day, I was notified that the package was sent to a completely different town – far from where I live – and I was expected to drive two hours back and forth to pick it up, at my own expense.
I reached out to Mini A Ture to resolve the issue, but instead of taking responsibility or offering real support, they simply deflected the blame onto the courier. I made it clear that I ordered the service from Mini A Ture, not Cargus, and I shouldn’t have to deal with an incompetent company myself.
This experience has made me reconsider ordering from them again. A premium children’s brand should offer premium customer service – unfortunately, that was not the case.
